Some of it is healthy eating chat. WW, LL, food focus, south beach. Whatever ever the route, whatever the goal its all here.

Most of the time its just moral support and general chat... So dive in, post as much as you are able and have some fun...

Am . Didn't go to aerobics because, of all shite reasons, I didn't have a sports bra. Now, I have dozens of sport bras, but only two fit me. One is in the washing machine and one has gone AWOL, ffs! Contemplated going in a normal bra, but two pregnancies and 16 months of breastfeeding have left the boys in a state where they need protection

Trillian - the holiday looks lovely, am very envious. I've booked to take dd on her first camping trip in April but I doubt it will be such a warm blissful experience!

Weighed in this morning and have lost 4lb in the last 3 weeks. It's by no means terrible, but certainly proof that the sneaky cakes/crisps etc will make this long going. Will try to keep on the straight and narrow starting tomorrow

My ExMiL had just had a massive rant at me. I knew I would pay for having a nice day out. She is so hypocritical and I wanted to just put the phone down with every fibre of my being but some stupid little voice says she is 91 you can't put the phone down on an elderly woman. She 'instructed' me not to talk to DS's Dad. Implied that I have misconstrued her criticisms and that she adores the DC's, both of whom don't really like going to see her because of how she is and how she speaks to me. But it is 'all in my mind'. Oh and I am 'lucky' to have a man that loves me as much as he does.

Yeah, that's why I spent the best part of 2 1/2 yrs on a drink fuelled roller coaster, walking on eggshells, having my opinions sneered at, jealous rages, a son with emotional and anger management issues, who was terrified of being sent away and never being loved, because I am lucky.

And telling me that I am the only person in the world who can save him when he is 'frighteningly' depressed is supposed to make me appreciate how lucky I am. Stupid, stupid woman.

Not quite playing on my new i-phone... DH has been busy setting it all up for me and making sure that my e-mails come to here on my netbook and to the phone too. I have made life a bit more difficult because I wanted to keep the same phone number and he has had to go through a right old rigmarole. I now have to wait 24hrs for my old number and credit to transfer over. He has also transferred over all of his i-tunes stuff so I can go through and pick out which I like and then add my own.

Fleecy, I am due on any day now and am craving chocolate. It does not help that there is a box of chocs over near the window that keep winking at me.

I must confess to having a huge plateful of fish chips and mushy peas tonight - they were delish. DH didn't want me cooking so he said we would go out. I was all intent on having a salad or summat and when we got out of the car and I could smell them cooking, I just had to have them.

Ooh bella that sounds yum. I have no willpower - I would already have eaten the chocs. I never keep stuff like that in the house generally, just buy when I plan to eat!

The chocs were in my wardrobe - left over from christmas - one of those mad panicky might not have enough in the house kind of things and went over board on chocs. My parents have been here over the weekend looking after the boys so I thought it would be nice for them to have some nibbly bits about. There are only a few left but still... > The DS's troffed their way through a large box of fererro roche last week - they really wanted to do the challenge like on Britains Got Talent of how many you could stuff in your mouth at once, but I was a mean mummy and said no that it was a waste.

o.k...I have looked again on the sex thread and I do understand why you are so upset Shiney. I don't know what to do. I do think it makes it worse when we go in from this thread and say something (especially if we haven't posted previously on the thread -BOF was fine as she had aready posted) but it does seem like what you've said has been jumped on and turned into a huge deal...when it really isn't.

I have loads of nice fruit in, 3 pots of Total 0% and 2 pots of 1 pt Activia yoghurt so that's a start. Will do the wholesome couscous salad for lunch - only 2.5 points and I have a couple of ww meals in the freezer so that is a start at least.

Do you go and collect the takeaway or get it delivered? We are too far away from anywhere and have to go ourselves.

When we get fish and chips we have to collect it but the thai comes to us! Perfection

Sorry to not be around much. DIY and a horrid cold are keeping me away from keeping up with the thread, but I am determined to post a little here and there, even when I know I can't participate fully - othersiwe I just go completely awol and I find it hard to leap back in.

I have built my first ever set of bookshelves, from scratch. I am very pleased with myself, but I am very knackered indeed.

Shiney - just read about your gran sorry to hear she's so unwell. And that your'e upset about a thread too - I'm afraid I don't have the energy to go and read it all, but I can't imagine you bullying anyone, so they must be being on the defensive, for some reason. Some people just don't like people who appear to be more popular than them.
