I lost 3st 4lbs in last 3 years, then put over a stone of it back on since June. So I now have 2 stone to lose. Slimming World seems to have stopped working for me and I couldn't stick to WW - would fall of wagon then go on an eating campaign!

New resolution is to stop obsessing about food and weight, exercise more regularly and eat in a way I know is healthy. Am v interested in idea of duvet diet too.

Played a bit of badminton with DH this afternoon, then 20 mins on treadmill in gym, so feeling virtuous.

i will see if i can get it working in a bit. kids are home now. DS has come home looking like a romanian orphan! his dad has shaved his fecking head and then chopped bits into the front and back with the bare blade. he looks awful.

Ds told his dad he liked it but came back and was nearly in tears about the fact everyone will call him names.

dearprudence and Ifishwife - jump in and on board. dont worry if your posts seem to be ignored the pace is really fast and the mo. There are many approachs to diet and deadtall a diet doesnt have to mean all you eat is salad!

The lord is followed - he helps you to make sensible choices and can be found here some people are following the no-s diet which cuts out seconds, sweets and snacking except on s days (days starting with s or sepcial due to brithdays etc), there are ww, ll, and alsorts, post as much as you can and enjoy the chat as well as the support.

Well I have pigged out on choc biccies this afternoon but this is an s day (I'm on no s diet) plus I went for a long walk in a snowy park. Having roast lamb and Yorkshires, veggies etc this evening. Mmmm!

I've never heard if isketch either. Think I should stay away - waste enough time on tinternet as it is.
