Well, I thought I'd be nice and, instead of insisting they stop the game they were engrossed in to come and get dressed, I'd bring their clothes down for them. But they then decided they didn't like the clothes I got them so had to go and get more, which they spent half an hour doing. And then DD1 came down in a summer dress and I lost my temper. I've thought up some fun things to do with them this morning and I'm waiting for them to stop playing silly buggers with their getting dressed and I can see now that I'm writing this down that I'm completely overreacting but I'm completely knackered thanks to being up half the night with various cold children who can't get back to sleep - mum's bringing a heater over for their room tonight.

There there . Mine are like this all the time, and you just get to the point where you CANNOT TAKE ANY MORE!! And I turn into the shouty mummy from hell .

DD2 has gone out in the most motley collection of clothes this morning - nothing matches but at least I got all winter stuff on her . It's not worth the fight.

I had some horrid mini weetabix things for breakfast. DS spat them out when he tried them, so I'm going to finish the box.
DH bought some mini shredded wheats when I asked him to get shreddies t'other day and neither of us eat them. Not impressed. Anyone have a recipe to use them up?

You dont recycle in the morning?

Is recycling something we do every morning?

I recycle cos we have a very small bin. And, y'know, it's good for the planet and everything.

Very of 11 types of cheese. I think we have, err, 3 in our fridge. 4 if you count Philly (left over from making cheesecake). DP can't live in a house that has no cheddar, and I can't live in a house with no parmesan. And there's some stilton from Christmas that never really got eaten.

Brushing teeth is a good diet trick - makes everything taste nasty so you don't scoff.
