...for our 31st Heathy Eating thread- I can't promise that we aren't re-cycling titles for the thread at this point, and like any sequel it will no doubt be full of inferior lines and piss-poor cinematography (after all, who can beat the links to Terry Wogan? Oops), but we are all here and welcome any newcomers who want to join in the frenzy and hilarity that are the Shiney threads, named for our glorious leader

We chat, support, and shout at each other in varying amounts, and try to stay on the straight and narrow for health, weight-loss or both. Join in, and have fun- it's cheaper than weightwatchers, and there are rude jokes and bargain shopping codes too- what more could you ask for?

ohhh - lovely to see reality and Jaq back. I've had a naughty weekend (food wise not sex wise). But am resolved to get back on track (after this one last truffle). Bloody christmas. Just got a massive and gorgeous hamper from a work contact. It would be RUDE not to eat everything in it.

Shiney - I too am a product junkie. I love Elemis - but am very cross with you - you've bloody well bought all the TSV's! None left . Never mind - shall just have to splash out in John Lewis instead

I decided the best way to deal with my shadow and his clingyness was to get pissed, so thats what i have done

Went round to a mates and had a roast dinner and bottle of wine (each), feel all chilled now and ds2 is all chilled (he didnt have wine) so i am orf to bed

call him vinny or terry belf

I shan't tell you what I have eaten for supper, lest it be construed as food porn. I am quite disgusted, but consoled by the thought that as I am still unwell it should be out my system in the next twenty minutes.

Nothing has happened that is the problem it is nearly 11pm and i have no lesson planned for this week and must get 6 planned and preperd ready for tomo morning. Plus i am seriously beginning to think i am going crazy. It is fair to say my depo stiffled hormones are resturning and god my brain is an interseting place right now . I am NOT floucing just prioritising. You lot know i cant stay away for long and i will have 2 weeks for christmas holidays 5 days of which will be boy free so i give it a week or so before i am back, if not at the end of the week.

Fucking hell mn is slow tonight i am typing and it is delay before it is displayed.

Ok in nut shell this week has had the following:

Nan diagnosed with a palsy that kills 7 yrs from onset, deteriorating fast (but then she is almost 90)

Ds has had some super sonic melt downs

ex proved he can be pretty supportive and not just a prize prat

Had some really bad lessons, planning one cause everything else another

Went skating and rebalanced, got propositioned and wrecked my ankles

Had depo anti baby brother/sister shot for 4 1/2 years post ds. Came off as having it was irrelevant. Takes between 6 and 18 months on average to leave system. last month AF arrived and since then been getting progresively more and more hormonal in a lusty way. Frustratingly so at the mo.

Drunk far far too much diet coke this weekend and starting to loose the plot from caffine induced high.

Now considering we now have blokes amongst us i will appologise to BB if he has been traumatised by reading the detail of this post. And the rest of you stop worring. No intervention needed. just focusing.

Diet Coke is horrid for women, even though it's marketed at them. It contains phosphoric acid, which leaches calcium from the bones and can trigger osteoporosis, y'know.

I hope everyone has had a good weekend.

I have done the floors (with help from my dad ) sanded and painted shelves and fire surround. I am exhausted and been going to bed early, and also had no internet for a few days. Probably not helped by the onset of morning sickness and the fact i have lived off monstermunch and bacon this weekend Must try harder....

Today i will package everything up that needs sending to various people and will pop it in the post, sorry for slacking

I never normally wrap presents until CHristmas Eve, will try to do it earlier this year as I have to feed 10 people the next day so will need to have prepped so I am not running around stressing on Jesus's Birthday

Knackered this morning, coldsore seems to be spreading and I just feel bleugh, like I joined in the wine fest with Vinny, except without the fun of actually drinking wine
