Back from weigh in and I've lost 4lb! Whoop whoop that's 22lb in 4 weeks.

6lb to my 2stone award and some nice new eyebrows

After all your feedback I have decided to continue wishing fat on my (ex) friend, and I'm actively embracing it as another tool to help me with my own weight loss.

I now weigh 23st 10lb and I'm finding posting it on here liberating. I have waved goodbye to the 24s forever. Woohoo.
