MLL I bought them 10 silk cut ultra light, I had one and the guilt was awful so after that one I ran the rest of the packet under the tap and squished them and chucked them in the big black bin outside.....

I just wish all the shops could threaten arrest if I attempt to buy any wouldn't that be great LOL

Just wanted to say hi everyone-get those cravings-imagine they are someone you really despise and kick them hard in the guts! Tell them to fXXk off and do something else with your mouth like drink water,chew something either non-fattening or if you are skinny anything you want! Make a list of something-anything-that keeps your mind thinking about fags-I'm still advocating the lozenges to get you through but thats a choice thing!

You are doing fab - just think you have gone 2 days without the dreaded weed - that is no mean feat. You have done 2 days so you know you can do 2 more and 2 more and so on (it just isn't very pleasant)

Honestly - I think another day or two at the most - the crazy empty unfulfilled feeling should start to subside. It will still be there - but you will be better equipped mentally to deal with it. I am now on day 8 and beleive me I feel much better - the first three days were hell

Keep going mml - you are strong! Before you know it you will stop thinking about smoking every waking second - and you'll be like - wow i haven't fancied a fag for 3 hours. And then you just start forgetting you smoked - sometimes. Last night i wanted a fag, and that has to be the first time in over a week. And it was just a passing phase - so i gorged myself on biscuits instead!
Why not plan a treat for yourself this weeekend to celebrate a week with only one fag?
