I think I drowned it out with booze in the evening...with the reasoning that booze is easier to wake up without.
was a bit of an alcy for 3 weeks or so actually...but ok now lol

the lozengers would stop the nag...BUT you would have to have a lozenge to keep the nag at bag every few hours. Cold turkeying it means once its gone its gone...bear wiht it...your in a position hundreds of people never get to...you are being brave and you are doing yourself the biggest favour Really...and all this suffering?
Once it has gone, it will be what stops you in 6 months time...theres no way you would want to repeat it!

Good on yer, for starting again on Monday-mummylonglegs-whymummy was a real inspiration to me when I first found Mumsnet on the day I gave up-National No smoking day-March the 8th! She then went on hols back to Spain,met with friends and got caught back up with the tar!

11th July-am sooo fat at the moment-am dreading stripping off at our pool-but of course am looking forward to it!

not long,great,i put on a lot of weight when i gave up and it was hard to get rid of so 2 weeks ago i stopped eating bread and pasta (my favourites)and the weight is dropping off

I would find it hard to give those up but its a possibility maybe a month before.

yes try,even my pot belly has gone down a lot,not enough to wear a bikini but at least i can see my toes now

LOL! Ive bought a tankini as was hoping it would cover that awful caesarian lip belly but no,it still pops out as soon as I move around a bit!

i look forward to monday,i'll probably be a right pain the first few days,but i'm determined to do it this time and starting to treat myself every week with the money i save

I havent really been doing that although have been spending rather too much on ebay recently-clothes and stuff for the boys-even bought some tooth whitening gel but then anothet mnetter told me if I drink red wine then I will stain my teeth really badly so am going to wait a week before I go on holiday and only drink white !!!
