For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

i have been being unfaithful to you all, and going on Other Fora
it was the sling one started me off, when I got spotted in the park and then i replied and then loads of other people replied and i knew half of them
then i looked at other yahoo groups i might like to join and there is an Elimination Communication group and an early years Home Ed group and i have joined them and there are lots of people i know on THERE as well
are there in fact only 4 parents in essex and they just swop round with different hats on

FrannyandZooey · 29/05/2009 08:52

bunny anyone who has tried to run that sort of thing will understand completely
and anyone who hasn't, well

am in bed wondering what time greeny means when she says "after breakfast"
i hope it isn't now
i haven't any clothes on
this could however clear up the lesbianism question for once and for all

Guadalupe · 29/05/2009 09:16

LOL, 100, I am always asking what the builders think and they are very wary of giving an opinion.

I think it is well past breakfast don't you, Franny? In fact I think she is probably knocking at the door now.

ahundredtimes · 29/05/2009 09:21

I think Fra should get some clothes on pronto frankly, and stop typing in the nude. Is putting me off my breakfast. SB Fra and I are just friends.

Yes, he wasn't keen to commit on the built in cupboard situation Guad. I panicked, and waved my hands about and shouted, 'knock it all down!' or something hysterical like that. I don't know how you are doing a whole house. This is two rooms being knocked together as one, I am a wreck.

Guadalupe · 29/05/2009 09:33

I don't know how I am doing a whole house and I am a wreck. However, I am not living in it so I can run and put my fingers in my ears and say la la la.

I feel better after yesterday though because while I was up a ladder cleaning buildres shit off the windows I saw the man from the rec yard walk past. I owe him a tenner so I ran after him waving windolene and a note and he had time to stop and look round, and, thank heavens, he approved of things and said they were right, as in of the time.

I was particularly unsure of a stained glass window sash that we have put in as it seems a bit dark but he says thats where it would have been. Phew. And he says the fire looks right too. Double phew.

mollyroger · 29/05/2009 10:04

Guess what, guess what! Ds and Dh finally got their act together and have bought me a rather fine example of english literature. It's about mango-hood or something

Happy Birthday to me.
I'm not yet for-ty.
But judging by my wrinkles.
I'm a hundred and three

Graze box coming today. With pineapple. Swoon.

ILikeToMoveItMoveIt · 29/05/2009 10:06

Happy birthday Moll!

Thanks everyone for my birthday wishes. Had a lovely day.

Going to dentist this afternoon Had horrible toothache for 4 days. Don't want to take lots of painkillers cause of DS so been trying to ignore but it's making me miserable. Appointment is 45mins away

Not even going to think about the rubbish I've been eating. Although had salad twice yesterday. Definitely been getting 5s but not 10.

mollyroger · 29/05/2009 12:44

Tiger! That is ace!

Off to river now....

TheMitsubishiWarrioress · 29/05/2009 13:56

Ummm.....

Is toot still swooning all over the place?

Banana x2
apple x2
juice,
tomatos
raspberries,
dried cranberries

Exercise...running around in circles tearing my hair out... shouting saying, please darlings, can you tidy up after yourselves before i bury you up to your necks in the garden?

Happy Birthday Molly

Hope you get teeth sorted Pink.....ow.

My 'oddness' is commented on without mentioning 10/10!! lol.

My gran thought I was a lesbian because I didn't really have boyfriends. And when I had my head shaved I was allegedly a transexual lesbian.

I am being mithered by small people who declined my invitation to go to the park and spend all of my money.

Tatties · 29/05/2009 14:27

Oh Molly HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I didn't realise it was today, I thought it was at the beginning of June for some reason.

And MANY HAPPY BELATED RETURNS too Pink Sorry the toothache is still bad though

pointydog · 29/05/2009 17:08

kids v funny and just had a great day being outdoors and pond dipping and stuff
greeny's ds1 fell in the lake head first blimey! he disappeared for a few seconds and we were all a bit shocked but he is ok

Boco · 29/05/2009 20:36

Happy Birthday Molly!

I'm arguing with dp because we've been trying to set up the joggler, adn he's been adamant that it won't work as we have the Wrong Kind of Modem, and I wouldn't believe him. But he's right. I have to buy a different kind. Meh.

Have done swimming, and went to excellent children's party where they made rockets and launched them across the fields adn they went' for miles.

SuperBunny · 29/05/2009 20:38

Scary

FrannyandZooey · 29/05/2009 20:40

bunny are you still grumpy
can i ask now what you were thinking of yesterday? was it about greeny being my cousin or something? or shall i just leave it

FrayedKnot · 29/05/2009 21:49

Happy Birthday Moll!

Hope you've had a super day.

Pink hope you got on OK at dentist?

I have a sore throat which seems unfair in this weather.

Have necked some sambucol...

pointydog · 29/05/2009 22:03

you have a joggler, boco? I saw an ad for that on teh telly. I think I would spend hours trying to update it and fiddle about with alerts and what-not and as a result I wouldn't get things done.

sorky · 29/05/2009 22:19

Have read 3 pages to catch up!

Very funny Dh stories, have been chortling away

Happy Birthday Molly!

Have done crap today, think I've managed orange juice and a 'nana. That's it I think a graze box is the way to go.

Been over the lottie today trying to cope in this heat....I don't do heat really, not this far North.

Off to Ballet tomorrow and then a Birthday Party so might not get back on.

Thanks for the sticker, have managed a second run tonight, same rote so another mile but it was a lot easier tonight.

Might try for 2 miles on Sunday.
Night everyone
