For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

LOL, are you one of those people that whip a diary out of their bag tres organised?

I will never be able to do that, I would never remember to put it in my bag. I just say I'll text/email/call you later and arrange something then. Or I just arrange it and write it down when I get back back.

TooTicky · 15/04/2009 19:32

Guadalupe · 15/04/2009 19:34

TooTicky · 15/04/2009 19:35

TooTicky · 15/04/2009 19:36

TooTicky · 15/04/2009 19:38

Franny, it is so easy. You just say Er...um... I have NO IDEA. Please phone me later.
Or, you only ever meet up with people who can text you and remind you what you are doing.

FrannyandZooey · 15/04/2009 19:40

Oh I am sure you may as well get it out if you have it, I am always very impressed by such organisation that's all.

Except I am annoying of course, because even if we do arrange something, I may have to text when I get home when I realise something is double booked on the calendar.

Toot - what do you mean? Swimming is normal for most people isn't it? Quite abnormal for me I must say but it was actually fun, particularly enjoyed sitting by the pool with vending machine snacks afterwards.

Guadalupe · 15/04/2009 19:46

I have a fancy egg somewhere from my sister. A hotel chocolat egg sandwich? Looks weird.

TooTicky · 15/04/2009 19:49

Guad, it was because you said you didn't say BACK BACK
ON A NORMAL DAY. i AM JUST BEING OBSCURE. oR OBTUDSE. iGNORE ME.

Guadalupe · 15/04/2009 19:57

Oh yes, toot, so I did, sorry!

It's like this but not that one, the yellow one.

littlerach · 15/04/2009 19:59

Nope, not at all

My good friend who is uber organised bought me a lovely ringbound notebook last year.
I do try and use it!

mollyroger · 15/04/2009 20:00

well franny, I say ''I will text you when I get home and check my calendar''

mollyroger · 15/04/2009 20:03

Lemur, get Superbunny to let you know who I am on FB, if you'd like another fruity bitch FB friend?
My email is my RL name so I won't post it on here.

littlerach · 15/04/2009 20:04

looks nice guad.

Guadalupe · 15/04/2009 20:09

Well I am trying not to eat it!

My friend keeps buying me dinner after WW, is lovely but not helping the cause. They told me last night that I have half a pound to go and I've lost 10% of my bodyweight whatever that means.

SO, went out for dinner, again. The first place had such dreadful tapas that we went somewhere else. This might be okay if we hadn't eaten all of the bad tapas as well. It was good to erase the memory though.

SuperBunny · 15/04/2009 20:12

LR check your FB mail

mollyroger · 15/04/2009 20:12

well Guad, m'dear, anything to oblige...no no, it's fine, I don't mind eating your egg!!

Guadalupe · 15/04/2009 20:13

I mean, if you are going to sell tapas, you need decent olives, no? These were those terrible little bitter crunchy ones that come in a tin by a rolled up piece of nasty salami and a slice of mozarella.

The next place, oh my it was good. Feta and braised fennel with chervil, a terribly delicous continental meat platter, japanese whitebait, amazing breads and stonking great drippy melt in the mouth olives. Lovely wine. Nice creme brulee too if a little overset.

Guadalupe · 15/04/2009 20:13

Would you like me to send it to you, Molly? I will.
