For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Oh I keep meaning to tell you - ds has his rainbow stripey blanket in his moses basket, it's the one I use all the time (except tonight cause it's in the wash!)

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 19:57

I don't have any on here Franny, or only old ones. Stupid but true. You may remember I once showed you a deeply eccentric set of photographs, I need to get dh to send our Perfect Family Photographs to my laptop in order to save us from more of the mad gurning laptop pictures.

FrannyandZooey · 20/03/2009 19:57

100 ds2 is more cheeky
he also loves toys and playing which ds1 never really did
ds1 was windy a lot and we used to have to hold him and walk him in the evenings
ds2 more contented - when not itching

Oh excellent F&Z. I know we're not meant to compare and contrast, but I always like it when people do. Is interesting I find.

FrannyandZooey · 20/03/2009 19:59

hooray for rainbow stripey blanket!

100 those deeply eccentric pictures were the business
i have had crush on you ever since

TooT.

Last time we went there was so much sheep poo, dd1 kept walking through it.

And dh and FIl went when FIL was over and took dd1 and it was so windy and cold and dd1 had to wear one of their jumpers.

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 19:59

Oh good

TooTicky · 20/03/2009 20:00

We all have a crush on 100x surely

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 20:01

TooTicky · 20/03/2009 20:01

littlerach · 20/03/2009 20:02

Look at 100 demanding that we all share cause you're always sharing aren't you!!

I want to do at least 2 things every day! [hyper] I stayed in my pjs til about 11 today [horror] we stayed in bed reading stories for ages then had breakfast and a bath, then dd didn't want to get dressed so we had more stories in bed Then friends came for the afternoon and I made lovely dinner, washed up, tidied the garden toys away, tidied the house, hung the washing out, children are in bed etc etc [superwoman]

Franny, d'you want to borrow her? She is very handy with babies and children...

Pink, have a supersticker.

TooTicky · 20/03/2009 20:09

100x wrote a book and told us about it and it is all her all over
So that is a sort of sharing.
But yes, we do need to see your offspring too [stern]

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 20:11

Oh no book is different, is not me all over AT ALL. Promise.

Will go and inspect mad pictures, but they are all mad and not recent I don't think. Hang on.

Guadalupe · 20/03/2009 20:14

I don't have house photos on this laptop, but I am accumulatiing a lot to do a scintillating collage from start to finish that will no doubt have you all on the edge of your seats.

Toot - that dalek is quite cool, lovely pictures too.

No no 100x, I don't mean it like that...um......it just is yuouish.

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 20:19

No nothing, honest. Useless. This is a Macbook and it has Photo booth where they take photos with different 'effects' so is full of fish eye photographs or sketch effect or frankly freakish distorted pictures.

Well I am for one am looking forward to the collage very much.

TooTicky · 20/03/2009 20:20

100x, I hear bits of your book in the same "voice" that I hear your posts on here. Do you know what I mean?

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 20:22

Nope. I have no idea what you're talking about TooT.
