For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Boco · 20/03/2009 19:42

Lovely Toot. I recognise that stripy cardigan!

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 19:42

Oooh I've turned up when there are photos. I love it when there are photos. I liked that night when everyone suddenly decided to show everyone what they looked like, do you remember that. Was funny.

Yes excellent batch here too. Franny PD is right, very intelligent and open expressions, I love the one of ds2 lying in that inflatable ring (we had one of those too) he looks so pleased with life.

Good photos from the TooT too. I like the one of you all on the hoof, and always pleased to see my old mucker dd1 up that tree.

TooTicky · 20/03/2009 19:42

delicious wrists Franny

oh, but now I have seen them...

FrannyandZooey · 20/03/2009 19:43

you can't mess with a knitted dalek
the sleeping ones are heavenly aren't they?

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 19:43

Also dd1 looking in the those shorts - should be said. Everyone looking good, I like those two asleep in the bed.

TooTicky · 20/03/2009 19:44

Yes Boco, she wears it every day

100x, your old mucker has taken up clog dancing...I am told she is jolly good

TooTicky · 20/03/2009 19:45

CROCHETED dalek

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 19:45

Can we have some more please.

I think Pointy should show us her entire photo album

Lemur, let's be having you.

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 19:45

I bet she is TooT. I reckon my mate dd1 pretty hot at anything she turns her mind too frankly. I knew from the off.

pinkspottywellies · 20/03/2009 19:46

I thought he was holding a pipe in the third one Franny I love your boys. They're so scrummy.

Carrot, tomato, sweetcorn, peas, raisins, banana.

Did anyone else look at that thread I linked to last night (assuming that was the grin from TooT)

Tigerfeet I haven't sent your book yet but will tomorrow. Just wanted to check - are you BC or just one or the other? I have MN on my facebook but I'm now just N, nee M IYSWIM

I was very good today and didn't go out this morning. I wanted to go to storytime but had a friend coming for lunch. I'm trying to only have one activity a day but I find it very difficult! Feel better for it though I think.

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 19:47

Franny is ds2 like ds1 or very different?

I love these kind of conversations.

Has Guad given us house-building photos yet?

Have we seen pictures of Boco's dd with pink eyes?

We need to see EVERYTHING

TooTicky · 20/03/2009 19:48

Oh yes Pink, dd2 was having her bedtime bf while I was reading and I kept shaking with silent laughter and she told me off

littlerach · 20/03/2009 19:53

Lovely photos Fran, he is rather delicious.
And ds1's hair is great.

And TooT's pics are great too. Is that the horse near here?
I can see it if I lean out the upstairs window.

More photos please!

FrannyandZooey · 20/03/2009 19:53

toot you have to see them in the flesh and squidge them
this was sneak preview only

100 give us some more of yours why dontcha?

ahundredtimes · 20/03/2009 19:54

Pink you are doing very well. It's very demanding isn't it. I liked to do something once a day too, but mostly for my sanity I think. Sometimes it's good to take days off too - three times a week as good a target as any I found. Though ds1 one of those restless types who used to go and stand by the front door after breakfast and say 'doing today? doing today?'

TooTicky · 20/03/2009 19:56

LR yes, I mentally waved at your turning
