For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

well obviously we have to have Avo or who will do the necessary pissing on trees? And of course we all want to be able to coo over a tiny blue pink person. And TF needs to feel better.

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 22:44

I'll be more than disappointed if you don't come back and talk to me you smuggo middle class control freak tosser!

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 22:45

Well?

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 22:46

Oh Fraaaaaaaaaannnnnnyyyyyyyy!!!! HGave you fallen into a mango?

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 22:46

Tripped over a nut?

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 22:47

Been accosted by a hairy-arsed kiwi fruit?

FairLadyRantALot · 27/01/2009 22:50

lol toot...are you in that nutpit again....be honest...you take a nutcracker in with you, don't you

as for meet-up...well, I really would like to come this time...but no idea where I am standing, and all that...Greenwich is London? Innit? {dim emoticon]

So, count me in, and once dates are set etc...I can have a proper look into it!
Would it be with Kids this time then?

pinkspottywellies · 27/01/2009 22:52

Yes absolutely

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 22:52

Hey Fairlady Gald I'm not alone.

Yes, London. Central is easiest for everybody I think.
And it was mostly with children last time.

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 22:53

Oh, Pink too
Hey, why aren't you in bed young lady? [stern]

pinkspottywellies · 27/01/2009 22:58

Just finished ironing and playing Scrabble - your turn btw. I'm going to bed now. I promise

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 22:59

Oh, you have both gone. And so has Franny, who comes in here demanding answers instead of teeth and then doesn't stay too read them

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 23:00

Sleep well Pink one. Will have my go in Scrabble when it will actually load for me

pinkspottywellies · 27/01/2009 23:02

I find it won't load from the notifications box but will from my icon at the bottom left or in applications - don't know how you've been trying? Or is it just dinosaur trouble?

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 23:05

oh, I shall look for the bottom left icon. Sometimes it just flatly refuses, and sometimes it loads then goes all pale and talks about errors

You are in bed, aren't you?

pinkspottywellies · 27/01/2009 23:10

I think I had to put the icon there but I don't know how. You can load it through the search box at the top though too - just start typing scrabble and it'll let you click on. (Sorry everyone for hijack!)

Just going to bed now. I was, er... waiting for the iron to cool down

FairLadyRantALot · 27/01/2009 23:13

pink, I have come to teh conclusion that you realy are obsessed with ironing ...just an observation like

well, dh just come home and brought me DRUGS ...so, will be off to bed in a moment....

pinkspottywellies · 27/01/2009 23:14

No! I only do it once a week when CSI is on tv, so only for about an hour. But I do like to keep up with it, so that we have things to wear

pinkspottywellies · 27/01/2009 23:15

It's just that everyone draws attention to my ironing by saying I shouldn't be doing it, but I tell you I'm going to be doing it cause otherwise I wouldn't - like motivation for myself. Everyone else just doesn'tdoit gets on with it quietly!!

Tatties · 27/01/2009 23:16

Everyone should be in bed now I think

Tatties · 27/01/2009 23:17

God I never do any ironing

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 23:17

I don't iron
I don't even know where the iron is atm.

TooTicky · 27/01/2009 23:18

Ooh Tatties hello

Tatties · 27/01/2009 23:20

Well I have one or two things that absolutely NEED it (summer things mainly) and I just iron those the night before I want to wear them. Dp has shirts for work but it's up to him if he wants to wear them ironed or not

FairLadyRantALot · 27/01/2009 23:20

pppssst...I do iron...sometimes....indeed...ironing is my favourite when I need to do somehting to procrastinate, when I should be thinking about assignments....

tatties....gosh, how bossy are you....
