For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

I skimmed the last bit mostly because I was thinking Anne like thoughts about FMV's ds2.

Has Pink had her baby yet?

WHY did you all tell Franny to dye her hair red fgs? DON'T DYE YOUR HAIR RED FRANNY.

Erm.

I had a cocktail party.

I have sat in a cupboard.

ahundredtimes · 09/12/2008 19:58

I didn't tell Franny to dye her hair red. I like it blonde.

ahundredtimes · 09/12/2008 20:01

Thank god for the hairdressers and their sense of style. He so didn't.

You mentioned me! [preen] Which actually makes me look like I did a name search thing, but I didn't. I haven't. In fact until tonight, I haven't looked at MN. That's quite odd I think.

Important I am mentioned though.

I can't believe you STILL haven't bought the house Lupe.

FrannyandZooey · 09/12/2008 20:01

it is blonde
with red bits

he bought the dress, i swear it on ds2's life

Out? TooT? Out? Hope you have a nice time.

OK. A dilemma. I have just had chicken and veg fajitas (honestly it was mostly peppers and mushrooms with one chicken breast between us). I had 2 wraps. (and half an avocado but now I'm just showing off and inciting avocado ) I've now finished the filling but there is a wrap remaining. The questions is lovely veggers, do I cook up some more chicken and veg, or do I have something else? (arse just remembered the veg and bean chilli in the fridge which would be much more sensible but I LOOOOOOOVE fajitas.) Or I could microwave some popadoms. (Don't try this if you're a fan of popadoms cause it's so quick and easy and yummy and you might eat them all the time

Franny's Christmas dinner is what we like to have every night for about 2 weeks around Christmas! We get a bit hooked But I have to admit to being a turkey girl for Christmas day.

littlerach · 09/12/2008 20:02

Bonjour 100, we have missed you

Fran, that kind of food sound slike our favourites. Alas, other people don't agree so it will be a roast. I never like ot be any trouble, so have everything but the meat, but am thinking i might like soemthing for me this year.

ahundredtimes · 09/12/2008 20:02

Red hair not good for her, however you look at it. Irresponsible bunch here.

Guadalupe · 09/12/2008 20:03

Oh don't, I am trying so hard to buy that house, it's nearly finishing me off. It's off the market again as the solicitor got our mortgage offer today.

Only problem is, there's a small condition that we have to pay off this mortgage first, which we are not doing as we are not selling, as they well know seen as they asked to get a market RENTAL valuation but forgot to remove that standard clause. More delay. Fuckwits.

ahundredtimes · 09/12/2008 20:03

Have you had this baby yet Pink?

I am under the impression that MONTHS have passed, but it's probably something more like a fortnight?

FrannyandZooey · 09/12/2008 20:03

pineapple banana raisins grapes
carrot sticks hummus
lettuce tomato red pepper chickpeas cucumber
satsuma apple

but maybe i made that up too

ahundredtimes · 09/12/2008 20:04

Yes, fuckwits, agree. Am sorry. You are doing very well.

pinkspottywellies · 09/12/2008 20:04

A Hundred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No baby's due end of Feb but I think he's going to be really late and I will be unbearable cause I hate late!

How are you. I told Franny to buy the dress and put in nipple flaps.

ahundredtimes · 09/12/2008 20:05

No. You'd only have made that up if you'd said 'should I eat a satsuma and bread stick' [or whatever was on your list] and you'd already eaten them, and then everyone said 'NO, YOU MUST NOT EAT A SATSUMA AND BREAD STICK' and then you'd say 'Nghgngh, dp has just made me.' [nods]

Guadalupe · 09/12/2008 20:06

Yes. Gold star for me. I am looking forward to lying on the floor in a near derelict house with a glass of champagne in the very near future.

I reckon Franny did make that up. She's had cheese with cheese today haven't you, Franny?

ahundredtimes · 09/12/2008 20:07

End of Feb. Oh it's all very exciting. Do you know what you are having?

pinkspottywellies · 09/12/2008 20:07

100x I like your Anne-like advice for Moony. I always like the idea of tackling things head on. Can't do it mind you! But I like the idea.

I have ordered silicone bakeware. I am excited.

ahundredtimes · 09/12/2008 20:08

Other than a baby obviously.

Is there more news? Where are Zippi and Bee? Is everyone happy?

Guadalupe · 09/12/2008 20:08

I had a salmon and cream cheese bagel and a fishfinger sandwich and no fruit or veg of any kind and three coffees. This is what has become of me. I tried to eat a piece of tomato with it but it wouldn't go down.

DasherDancerPrancerFMVixen · 09/12/2008 20:08

oh Anne, I have so missed you!!

today is very odd. I have just found an empty pink purse in ds's lunchbox. He is utterly, geniunely bewildered as to how it got there.
I am ever so slighly paranoid that someone is trying to get him into trouble...the child he sat to next to at lunch is one of the children who has been giving him a hard time. he has a little sister.
Tell me I am being totally ridiculously paranoid.

What shall I do with the purse? How do I say ''ds found it in his lunchbag but has no idea how it got there' without sounding odd?
