Goooooooouuuurrrdddd Morning We-ate-yam!!! (Another classic 10/10 Club production. All welcome)

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

My name? It's not about much really. When I joined MN it said choose a name and numbers was a good way to make it not like other people. When I was little I always wanted to call a daughter Daisy but in fact firstly I had a son and secondly today it's a name that's used quite a lot imo, and actually I've sort of gone off it, but it has always been my sort of nom de plume

Funnily enough I was thinking of changing my name cos everyone else seems to have rather sophisticated names and I sound a bit silly and flowery and in my more paranoid moments I think that might be why people ignore my posts....

Sophisticated is actually not big and clever. It means..'to make less natural...to make less true, genuine or honest,' etc I would have 100 daisy's every time to one silly sophisticated person type...so there!
