For anyone who wants a boost to their general health (and to talk bobbins with a load of fruity nutters). The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

SuperBunny · 12/09/2008 14:47

Things have been weird between us for a while. We used to be very good friends. But I only ever saw her if I arranged something. Then I felt like I was pestering her so I stopped suggesting we did things and so we didn't do anything and rarely saw each other, other than at playgroup etc.

I sent her an email yesterday saying that I didn't understand what had happened but that I missed her and wanted her to know that.

And now she wants to talk about it. Ugh. I'm not good at face-to-face stuff.

SuperBunny · 12/09/2008 14:58

I keep clicking back and having another look at that cake

filthymindedvixen · 12/09/2008 15:00

oh SB, I hate that sort of thing. Probably she misses you too and wants to make it all ok again

I daren't click on that cake!

zippitippitoes · 12/09/2008 16:31

a chilli blackberries mixed leaves couscous salmon oats 3 banans

perhaps it is the vast number of bananas i eat that helps me sleep better now

tho i am allowing myself coffee to day so that will be paid for later

interview went much better than the last one

but i dont think i came across as well as i did on my application which i do think was rather good

its far more difficult to say the right thing

i have to wait ages for the decision tho because one interviewee is on holiday so they are not seeing them until a week on monday

so i have to apply for some more jobs

todays would be good because it means i can stay in my house and it is only a few minutes walk and pick my own hours of work so wouldnt have tpo do weekends

but i am not optimistic

zippitippitoes · 12/09/2008 16:32

cake is

i did a sort of stare at it before it revealed itself to me

Boco · 12/09/2008 17:40

Not sure whether to be personally insulted by the cunting cake. But, erm, thanks!

Guadalupe · 12/09/2008 17:49

Sorry, but that cake is grim. What's with the splash of jizz on the side???

Hope your day is improving, Boco. Do you have a cake?

FMV - No parcel?

UR - Glad you slep ok despite covering the bed in Lavender!

Guadalupe · 12/09/2008 17:50

I mean, an actual cake not a cunt.

Guadalupe · 12/09/2008 17:52

wholesome and flap free

SuperBunny · 12/09/2008 18:01

I misread, zippi and thought you had eaten blackberry chili. Will keep fingers crossed re job.

That's a much better cake, guad!

I am now armed with bananas and lettuce. Roll on bedtime!

SuperBunny · 12/09/2008 18:02

lol @ flap free

Boco · 12/09/2008 18:04

Thanks that's definitely preferable and less alarming all round.

There was a bit of a problem with cakes - we went to get one on the way home from school but dd1 smashed dd2 into the wine shelf with her bag and there was general fighting and wailing and we left without buying anything and all shouted at each other all the way home. Then we sat in different rooms before making up and sending dp out to get something when he came home from work. So we'll see.

BBBee · 12/09/2008 18:16

why is boco a cunt?

littlerach · 12/09/2008 18:26

Phew she was fine

at cake.

SuperBunny · 12/09/2008 18:27

Oh no Boco. Hope DP gets something good.

We've had painters in the building this week and, although we pass them ever day, they have totally ignored us. Today, DS was wearing his Poland football shirt and they stopped and smiled and asked, "Polska?" I explained that my grandfather was Polish but I don't speak it and they seemed quite put out and wandered off. I think I need to learn Polish. Is this a reasonable thing to try and do?

SuperBunny · 12/09/2008 18:28

Should explain that there are lots of Poles here and it would be useful in general. I don't want to learn Polish so that I can chat to the painters.

OsmosisBanana · 12/09/2008 18:49

Ola fruity bitches. Am in portugal so you ain't seen me roight?

Am hiding from DD catastrophic nappy situation so thought best make use of hiding in a Dodge 50 truck with satellite and 3 laptops.

laterz.

pinkspottywellies · 12/09/2008 18:56

Ew. I was grossed out by the cake the first time but then had to look again for the jizz that I missed the first time.

I feel violated

Today I had raisins, banana, salad with jacket potato, and have just had veg and bean chilli for tea, the entire content of which counts towards 10/10. I am also going to have another portion after I take dd's milk up in a minute. I'm just waiting to be summonned!

No exercise but I chased dd round The Deep. Aquarium place with lots of fish and sharks which the children loved and lots of earth/ocean/geology/prehistoric animal stuff which was totally beyond an 18 and a 22 months old they liked pressing the buttons though!

Boco · 12/09/2008 19:03

Why AM i a cunt?

SuperBunny · 12/09/2008 19:05

OB, Go and enjoy your holiday, don't come on here. Are you eating veg?
