For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page.

FrayedKnot · 28/07/2008 19:56

pinkspottywellies · 28/07/2008 20:00

Oh my god Franny that's the funniest thing EVER! I can't believe you haven't asked him what it is though

pinkspottywellies · 28/07/2008 20:03

A photo of our new racing car is on my profile if anyone wants to see.

And a photo of dd in the fairy dress that TooT sent me. She wore it into town and to the supermarket on Friday

Let me know if I haven't got you as a mate and I'll add you.

FrannyandZooey · 28/07/2008 20:08

Pink please explain racing car

ds has that same fairy dress

UnderRated · 28/07/2008 20:10

Yes, he came over, FK. I was stroppy and quiet and brooding and now feel bad for being a bitch and he gave me a rose and is being all lovely and understanding now and my mum is coming and I am excited but it reminds me just how much $$$ she has lent me and how she is supporting me and how she looks so much older because she is working so hard to support me as well as herself and she doesn't want to be doing this job but can't give up because of me. She didn't say that and said the money is fine. But it's not really, is it? 30 and not being able to support myself or DS and not being able to do a thing about it. Even babysitting is illegal which makes me feel like I may as well go out and be a hooker because I could earn a sensible amount of money and it would fit in round DS and if I got caught, I would be arrested and deported just as I would if I were caught waitressing or something equally harmless.

Gosh sorry, what a rant.

FrannyandZooey · 28/07/2008 20:12

UR none of that is your fault. It is just horrible circumstances about which you can do nothing, and you are doing the very best you can in the situation.

cowadrynamechange · 28/07/2008 20:15

oh - that is one fine cock franny - and scarily realistic!

UnderRated · 28/07/2008 20:16

Sorry, should not have posted that.

Thanks Franny

Um, race car? Why?

pinkspottywellies · 28/07/2008 20:18

(((((((UR))))))) Must be so frustrating. The system is just so

TigerFeet · 28/07/2008 20:26

UR

It's not your fault you know.

UnderRated · 28/07/2008 20:27

Thanks pink. Am wallowing in self-pity. Will go away now.

I like DS1's cock story btw. How do I see a picture of it?

That sounds really terrible. You know what I mean. Goodness, all this talk of becoming a hooker and wanting to see Franny's DS's cock is not going to look good is it?

TooTicky · 28/07/2008 20:39

Oh {{{{{{{{UR}}}}}}}}}

Wow Franny, that is an amazing piece of art. You must keep it. he will treasure it later.

The last four leters of DD's name are all that you can see now and she said "ooh! Yes please oh,a ctually I'd better not I'm on a diet"

MamaG · 28/07/2008 20:52

Oh UR sorry things are so difficult

I just had a bath and then went outside and laid on a sunlounger for ten minutes and nightbathed. It was so lovely.

And I made three banana cakes (lots of rapidly blackening bananas) 'cos it was just too hot to bake earlier.

Now off to bed

Night all
