For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg herehere and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

No

I have no naked pictures. I have shown you first pics of dd before I think. I'll have to turn on the external hard drive to put more pics on so I'll do it later.

pinkspottywellies · 15/07/2008 13:46

Ok semi-naked picture is up. Let me know if you can't see it and I'll add you to my mates.

pinkspottywellies · 15/07/2008 13:47

Please ignore the odd double-chinned look I'm sporting

pinkspottywellies · 15/07/2008 13:47

Well if you've all buggered off the picture's coming down!

Tatties · 15/07/2008 13:49

Where is TooT? She seems to have not been here for a while

womblingalong · 15/07/2008 13:50

I can see it, lovely pic Pink,. you look so happy!

pinkspottywellies · 15/07/2008 13:50

She popped in last night Tatties.

Tatties · 15/07/2008 13:51

Oh it's a lovely pic Pink

OsmosisBanana · 15/07/2008 13:52

Love the leek pic!

I have one of DD nibbling a shallot.

I shall have to re-open my profile, I had a moment of shyness and hid it.

OsmosisBanana · 15/07/2008 13:53

I think TooT is probably still removing margarine from a frenzied attack by one of the kids.

UnderRated · 15/07/2008 14:17

Fab pics Tatties - I love the bottom one. The one at the bottom, I do not have a new obsession with 10/10ers bottoms.

Hope the counselling session went ok, Bero, That sort of thing scares me. And I'm glad you are doing the doula training, just not yet.

TF, I had an awful apple yesterday too. I think it was partly frozen. Bleurgh.

Boco, hope Dr went ok. What a terrible coincidence but a very funny story

LOLOL @ FMF's song. You're blonde! I didn't think you would be. Lovely pics.

Franny, you need those black bird sillouhette stickers on those big windows - they use them on the tall buildings here and at the zoo to stop birds crashing into them. Are you ok? I hate pigeons.

PSW, is your pic still there?

pinkspottywellies · 15/07/2008 14:29

UR I've just added you as a mate so you should be able to see now.

FrannyandZooey · 15/07/2008 14:33

oh pink you look wonderfully milky and bountiful

I just got back to 2 nice packages from bero and stuffit
thank you very much
that was an epic, bero!
and pretty things, stuffit - I probably shouldn't have opened, should I?

filthymindedvixen · 15/07/2008 15:20

oh, am I not a mate then pink ?

UnderRated · 15/07/2008 17:29

Pink, they are lovely photos.

UnderRated · 15/07/2008 17:59

My friend who was due on July 5th says she's going to go in tomorrow so they can break her waters. She's 4 cm dilated and 80% effaced but no baby. She gets really anxious and I know she wanted to do things naturally so she's all upset about it but feels like she needs to have the baby now so she can stop waiting and worrying. I blathered on about doing what feels right but wasn't really very helpful. What does one say to a slightly agitated very pregnant lady?

littlerach · 15/07/2008 18:13

I can't see any of your photos.

Why can't I see them?

FrannyandZooey · 15/07/2008 18:20

"What does one say to a slightly agitated very pregnant lady?"

I don;t know UR because NOTHING anyone has said to me ALL DAY has been helpful
it has all made me furious or made me want to cry

UnderRated · 15/07/2008 18:31

That's what I feared, Franny. I don't want to say the wrong thing but I think anything I say will be wrong. You pregnant people can be scary. You ok? Other than furious and wanting to cry?

I might make lemon curd tonight.

FrannyandZooey · 15/07/2008 18:33

yes well I presume if she wants to talk to you that she is not in quite the same psycho mode as I am
I mean I have been not answering the phone etc and wouldn't have made plans to see a friend today, so I am sure she must have wanted to speak to you about it
I bet you were lovely - but I don't think you can say the right thing because the only right thing at this point in time would be "what's that underneath your dress....oh I think it's the head coming"

filthymindedvixen · 15/07/2008 18:37

LitteRach - because we have made them private - but every time I think I have included everyone who regularly posts on this thread, someone else pops up Please don't anybody take it personally, if I have omitted you, there are just so many of us fruity bitches for a hippy with fried brains to remember!

FrannyandZooey · 15/07/2008 18:49

I love your photos FMF
there are a lot of us, aren't there?

LullyOfShallot · 15/07/2008 18:51

Pooh I missed all the lovely photos

UnderRated · 15/07/2008 18:51

Well, it was email, so she doesn't necessarily want to talk to me. I just waffled on a bit. You're right - nothing I say will be right.

It must be very frustrating waiting for someone to arrive when you know they will be here soon but you don't know when. It's like waiting for the washing machine fixing man who may arrive sometime today but possibly not and when you call they just tell you, "He's on his way" which is what they told you six hours earlier.

Tatties · 15/07/2008 19:28

Lully and littlerach it's sorted

(Lully you have a slightly different name from the last time I added you to mates)
