For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

yes, puddings are a bit chemical tasting aren't they, like someone injected essence of banana into the banoffee pie, with a bit of plastic. Best pizza though by far.

The ex-doctor was very nice and so much more normal than I remember him. dd has steroid inhaler now - he thinks def asthma - she's very wheezy and has been since Poland on and off. he's not sure about how ideal sleeping in a tent would be for her, so that's problem number FOUR for Latitude. bloody hell. I did jibber a bit, but I think I pulled it off.

Boco I hope you have a great time after all the stress and strain leading up to it. I'm sure dd will be fine in a tent, it's hardly the middle of winter. Inhalers are the business, I needed one for a while after a particularly vile chest infection and it really helped.

oh Boco, take a hot water bottle, keep her warm and she will be fine. Tis warmer in a tent than even a campervan/motorhome IME. I really hope you all have a fab time!

I am so impressed by all you nekkid folk. I am a total prude believe it or not. I have one pic of me in bra and trackies the day DD was due looking very sweaty and like the bump might fall off if you flicked it the skin was stretched so tight!

I can't put my other nekkid pic up, tis a polaroid and was taken as memento for DH when I went off travelling. It isn't rude or nuffink. Just not pregnant and about 22 in it so might be cheating a bit.

I just got sent to A&E by one of the nurse managers here to have my skanky hands looked at. I have finally reached that age where Dr's look like they should still be in shorts at school.

However, if they all look like the boy who saw me today, I shall have to hurt myself more often. [leers grubbily at young boy whilst rubbing hands]
