For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Just stick to the nipple tweaking?

Bbbee · 12/07/2008 18:48

yes I am sure the semen thing on the cervix is just an excuse for virtual strangers to shout 'do it do it' and then laugh / be perverted.

go on franny - go franny's dp.

we want full reports please.

zippitippitoes · 12/07/2008 18:48

cant you just give dp a shot glass and a pron mag

ahundredtimes · 12/07/2008 18:48

It'll come when its ready. [nods, smiles, looks impatiently at watch]

Bbbee · 12/07/2008 18:48

have you done the naked dancing in the front garden at twilight?

have heard it's a sure fire starter.

what you haven't?

no wonder then....

Boco · 12/07/2008 18:49

I really don't believe that thing about semen needing to be ingested either - in case it is true, you could ask dp to provide a sample, and mix it with some orange juice to make it more palatable? [helpful]

Bbbee · 12/07/2008 18:50

boco - you don;t really say 'blasted' though do you?

zippitippitoes · 12/07/2008 18:50

with dd1 i went to a fireworks display the night before

crule mother but i didnt know any better

Boco · 12/07/2008 18:51

I don't remember saying blasted, but I think I must. The cat has been throwing up a lot lately, and I'm wondering if 'blasted cat' is me censoring my usual 'fucking cat'.

Bbbee · 12/07/2008 18:52

i think belly dancing would help

(with baby not cat)

ahundredtimes · 12/07/2008 18:53

Nobody says blasted. Except people who play golf and appeared in Punch cartoons in the 1930s. [inspects Boco carefully]

Bbbee · 12/07/2008 18:55

boco is so a trucker you know. she is no way real what with all this drawing and wicker man parties.

Boco · 12/07/2008 18:55

Yep, that's me.
I find myself saying a lot of odd things in an attempt to not say bad things. I quite like blasted. And blimey.

zippitippitoes · 12/07/2008 18:55

i am goimg to portugal next saturday you better have the little darling before then

Bbbee · 12/07/2008 18:56

i am going to play funky town on the wii now.

Boco · 12/07/2008 18:56

But Bee, you have met me and been to my house, and to my village, you've had a go in my truck too.

zippitippitoes · 12/07/2008 18:56

i had my first experience of bf with man flu last night

Boco · 12/07/2008 18:58

Zippi, you have to not use bf for boyfriend because I always think it means breast feeding, and breastfeeding a man with flu is very charitable - but also strangely disturbing.

ahundredtimes · 12/07/2008 18:59

Was it bad? He's young too, I bet he had it bad.

ahundredtimes · 12/07/2008 19:01

We want to watch the Bourne Supremacy tonight. Well four of us do. I'm not sure what to do with dd.

Franny - you wanted a film didn't you? How about Toy Story? [better than finding nemo]. I like The Incredibles very much, but is a bit violent perhaps. Shrek 123?

Bbbee · 12/07/2008 19:02

oh zippi is this the university challenge one? I have an innappropiate crush on him.

boco - that was a hired actress - we both know. I saw her in casualty last week.

ahundredtimes · 12/07/2008 19:02

Right. No baby. I quite like this Franny might have a baby excuse to MN.

Am going to eat, and look at dd and wonder what to do with her.

Bbbee · 12/07/2008 19:04

i am going to watch that film about barbara wondsor and sid james. I saw the stage play that it is based on (I think) and it is much much better than it sounds.

zippitippitoes · 12/07/2008 19:06

he coped with bed time but then did the man i cant sleep nthis is a complete unknown situation all efforts must be deployed to deal with it

i am the only woman in the know n universe who doesnt get heaqdaches or keep painkillers in the house

so he had a headache

i practucally volunteered to walk to the garage in the early hiours for anadin (my car is still on its expensive luxury spa holiday in london)

UnderRated · 12/07/2008 19:17

Morning

Been to Farmer's Market and got cunting redcurrants, worked in garden for ages weeding all the paths,

I like that all 10/10 children like to play cooking. After DS's successes this week, I asked him what else he wanted to try to make and he said, "Sushi" Perhaps Franny's DS can teach him.

Lully, your grandmother sounds wonderful.

Feast sounds delicious. I've never had eton mess.

Ugh @ manflu. You are very charitable, Zippi. DO you really have a nurses outfit?

I don't remember Findng Nemo being that good - I liked the seagull bit though. We only watch Curious George or Pugwash or the Wombles. DS watches all sorts with his Dad inclduing Family Guy and the Simpsons

LOL @ OB's dad

I say Crikey a lot.
