No

CrowsInMyGarden · 12/04/2026 16:24

No but it looks good. Let us know how you get on.

Makingsenseofitall · 13/04/2026 08:32

Wondering if you are advertising it. Do you want to tell us a b it about what it is, why you have chosen to use ot benefits and costs etc?

SpreadHummusNotHate · 13/04/2026 10:31

I’ve signed up, I’ve already had my first set of bloods back. Got a bit of a shock on a couple of the numbers so now working to try and improve those before the second set of bloods.

I thought it was quite a good price for three in depth blood tests if you compare with other companies like thriva or medichecks. I’m not sure at the moment if I’ll sign up past the initial year because none of the clinics where they draw blood are particularly close or convenient to get to

Thanks for replying. I’ve had to travel a fair way too for the blood tests. Awaiting my first results! Expected the unexpected!
yes, it seems to be a reasonable price for what you get.
Be interested to hear if you have an improvement with your 4 month bloods.

It’s a year long program with his 4 pillars framework. The program is individually targeted around your blood results and looks at various lifestyle factors. Some of the blood tests are repeated twice during the year.
so far I’ve had the bloods taken, height, weight, waist, hips, BP.
in the next few days my individualised program will start with small things I can do to improve my health and wellbeing.
Why? I want to proactively improve my health, prevent damage etc.

Ive never heard of this?

lovealieinortwo · 13/04/2026 21:51

is this the new Zoe thing?

SpreadHummusNotHate · 14/04/2026 08:48

It’s not related to Zoe - I’ve never done Zoe but as I understand it, they do three tests to measure your blood sugar control, lipid control and then your gut bacteria diversity and advise you what to eat based on these results.

This is a blood test of 50 different biomarkers like cholesterol, hba1c, liver profile, thyroid et, with tips or what to change or do to improve things. I think it’s more similar to something like Thriva but it was a bit cheaper

OvernightBloats · 14/04/2026 08:52

Bet this is an expensive commitment. Don't this all this monitoring is always a good thing - promotes obsessive behaviour.

I’d rather know if my blood markers aren’t ok. For me it’s about optimising health. It’s good to track positive changes every few months imo.

My results are in! Overall I’m really encouraged. Most of my results are in the “good” range and some in “optimal”.
I’ve chosen 3 of their suggestions to focus on this week.
my aim is to be as much in optimal as I can.

@SpreadHummusNotHate sorry I wasn’t very clear. I meant the latest fad like Zoe but fair enough if some may find it helpful. I do think there is a weird dichotomy with the wellness obsession (& sometimes preying on people’s worries) & the fact we are getting sicker.

SwimmingFree · 23/04/2026 18:59

Hi @MiddleAgedButterfly how are you getting on? I just got my results back today! I had been on the waitlist for a while. The results are so interesting and was pleased my biological age was 6 years younger than my real one!

At my appointment for bloods my blood pressure was just over into the high range but they haven’t said anything about that or my weight (I’m about 3 stone overweight). I thought these things would come back but generally my bloods are all good or optimal. Interesting seeing things I’ve never had checked. Its fascinating!

greencrab · 23/04/2026 19:10

I just joined waiting list

I have done Zoe (and actually thriva) what is the cost, it didn't say which worries me online suggested £249 a year but I wondered if it varied by region

I wouldn’t call Zoe a fad - but then I’m a fan - I’m in year 4 of following their program- lost weight, feel great, in my seventies but started going to the gym. Love my changed diet, wouldn’t want to go back to my old ways of eating. 🤷‍♀️

That’s a great biological age! You must be really pleased.
im getting on well thanks. I’m in my second week of choosing 3 small things to focus on for a week. I’m eating a lot of healthy fats! I usually have 1-2 portions a day but now 3-4. And I’ve lost 2lb. I’m not doing it for weight loss but I would f better for losing half stone.
i feel good being proactive about my health and with it bring individually focused.

Yes it was £250 for me. I’ve got 2 referrals left if you want one to bypass the waiting list. I don’t get anything for sharing it, it’s just to spread the word and build community I think.

Brilliant thank you for much. I’ve signed up and have my blood test on Tuesday

imp2007 · 24/04/2026 19:48

Is there any way of finding out where the clinics are? I've just got my invitation I'm on the verge of signing up but we are in Cornwall don't want to have to travel for hours for the blood tests!

I think I looked at a map on the app before I signed up. Once I got the invite.
