i know you had some help from Bree NAB and bossy in particular and probably from others that i don't know about, all of mumsnet have been fab. it is a combination of support from mumsnet my autism mailing group and real life friends like tracey (mumtofour) and the kids that keep me going.
i have finished my anti rum biotics now so i will be able to have a drink to you all tonight.

Hope you've had an OK weekend Jo. I guess you're busy tonight getting the children ready for the school trip. I know that's going to be hard for you but maybe some time not having to worry about them will do you good. I hope you get some relaxing time over the next few days and do a few things for you. i have booked a massage and facial weds morning
meeting debs the mac nurse on tuesday and doing lunch with steves 2 social workers on wednesday after my massage, i hope i don't fall asleep in my dinner
loads of things to sort out tomorrow, paperwork phonecalls and a vist to the funeral place to pay the bill.

Haven`t forgotten you, its just been hectic here, Dh started chemo and kids have been on a school trip for 5 days, they all had a fantastic time. I am sooooooooo pleased you are going away, Steve is so totally right, life is for living, we must all of us make the most of each and every day. Go enjoy the sun, cry and smile with your memories, they will be healing......lots of love xxxx

try to take advantage of some space this week...catch up on your things to do, but mostly take some time to replenish your stocks of energy and emotional strength....a massage and lunch with special people is a great way to start!!!!! how about some reflexology and/or reiki too to give you some beneficial relaxation?

The kids went off ok and i didn't think i would be able to say goodbye to them but i did.
i have mobile numbers for both of the teachers on the two trips should i need to ring, i will resist.
it has been a busy day but tracey and i got loads of stuff done.
Tax credits done
jury service done
pay for funeral done
certificate for ashes being done
child benefit claim done
widows benefit done
sort out transport to airport done
appt at job centre to verify all bereavement forms and certificates done
large rum and coke yet to be done
sitting in the garden on my way

hey. you sound your day has been really productive. well done...it must have been hard doing all of those things.
