Truth about vaccinations quotes

alwayssaythanku · 20/01/2005 00:22

These are quoted from www.vaccinetruth.org

"Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the world, indeed its the only thing that ever does." Margaret Mead

For us to bombard a newborn baby with a whole battery of vaccines as, in effect, their very first immunologic experience I think is reckless beyond measure. I would say it borders on the criminal.
Dr. Moscowitz

Cost for vaccinations: $10.00
Cost of trip to McDonalds after vaxing: $10.00
Cost of hospitalization after reacting to vax: $300,000.00*
Cost of avoiding vaxes and knowing your child never reacts: PRICELESS

  • Actual bill United States

What is the name of the test that can be given to determine if a child can safely receive a vaccine?

It's called a breath test. You hold a mirror in front of the child and if condensation appears, they are still alive and cannot "safely" receive a vaccine.

Steve

Vaccination is a medical procedure that causes permanent and irreversible modification of the immune system

"The only shot my son needs is a shot at the future."

......Lori Mcilwain

Modern medicine" may well be defined as "the experimental study of what
happens when poisonous chemicals are placed into malnourished human
bodies." A. Saul Contributing Editor,
Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine (www.orthomed.org)

You can always put the vaccines in... but you can never take them out.

"Nobody is sick, no genetic malformations and no time for doctors."

Well, that says all we need to know about ASTU's understanding of basic biology. Those people who are unfortunate to have "genetic malformations" in their family can presumably blame it on their over-reliance on doctors. Who are presumably injecting their germlines with mutagens. In fact, I believe this has been shown to be conclusively true (The Shepton Mallet Gazette, 1972).

piffle · 24/01/2005 19:25

aarghh I use homeopathy, and eat organically and do not smoke, no genetic malformations.
Thanks for blaming my daughters genetic malformation firmly on my shoulders, I do hope that you never have to suffer such a burden, just as well as it would seem that with your polarised view that such a child would not get the help they needed
Try heal an aortic genetic malfunction with bloody hope and faith
I was quite calm until now, now I am livid, ignorance is bliss, so astu you must be one happy little bunny

beansprout · 24/01/2005 19:28

Ok, just to clarify - is ASTU anti-vaccinations then?

Amanda3266 · 24/01/2005 19:29

Can't believe this thread is still "up here". Guess I've just made it worse.

"The evidence is out there if you want to find it."

This had me in stiches. Thank you for the XFiles/Peter Pan paraphrase -- yes, I do BELIEVE in UFOS, I do BELIEVE in conspiracy theories, I do BELIEVE... ...

happymerryberries · 24/01/2005 19:34

Look I posted the link that proves that Elvis lives, how dare you doubt me!

I haven't been so pleased to see that damn bat in a long, long time!!

btw, thanks for all your contributions HMB. Much appreciated.

happymerryberries · 24/01/2005 19:55

I felt that it summed up my attitude at the time

Joking apart I think that ASTU made some stunningly ill advised and phrased comments. I think that her 'medicine is the spawn of Satan' attitude would be astonishigly hard to take if you have a child who is ill in any way.
If she is fortunate enough have have healthy children she should count her blessings and not suggest, even slightly , that other children are ill because of something their parents did or did not do.

tamum · 24/01/2005 20:07

piffle, I am really sorry if you hadn't read the earlier post by ASTU until I put my sarky comments on here. I assumed that because you had already posted on this thread you had seen them. I was utterly furious when I saw what she'd said and wrote several livid messages and then deleted them before going for irony. How dare she, really. How dare she.

piffle · 24/01/2005 21:54

twas this post but thank you tamum I had lost the will to live by that time and only skimmed the post concerned
which was

" doctors havent done anything to me thankfully. I dont let them near me. I approach health in a holistic manner both for me and my family and with one baby and two grown up children, have never been seriously ill, except for minor flu. That goes for the rest of my family. Nobody is sick, no genetic malformations and no time for doctors. Like i said before it takes a leap of faith to question what the docs tell you and what "society" believes.

Still FUMING

Me too piffle. Me too

jampots · 31/01/2005 09:37

my friend whose ds had the MMR rang me yesterday - he has been unwell since last weekend with d/v, red bloodshot eyes, widespread rash and all other symptoms of measles - can someone remind me whether its possible he has actually developed measles.

jampots · 31/01/2005 16:58

poor little soul is now in hospital due to low platelets or something

MistressMary · 31/01/2005 17:02

Oh no, hope he is fine and soon.

oatcake · 31/01/2005 17:04

oh, my gosh! how terrible! I really don't know for certain - all I know is that you can get a variant form of measles from the one you're being immunised against.

that's terrible.

jampots · 31/01/2005 20:34

Thankfully he's just been let out of hosp. Apparently the GP initially thought he had ITP and scurried him off to hosp immediately. They have tested him all day for various things and have now concluded that he has something which they wont call measles but he cant go to nursery for 5 days and they want to see him at the hosp again next Tuesday. He was in isolation in hosp as well.

Naturally, his mum is now concerned if it is measles (and they wont confirm it is) what will happen when he is due a booster?

foxinsocks · 31/01/2005 20:36

well my dd had the measles reaction (though not as bad - she looked pretty horrendous). The nurse's response was 'well she won't need the booster as obviously this dose worked!'.

She had the booster done anyway and was completely fine.

Jimjams · 31/01/2005 22:21

jampots- did the ITP come back as negative? if he has that- its usually a reaction to the rubella part I think - although this link mentions measles as well.

jampots · 01/02/2005 11:54

Jimjams - not sure about the results of testing yet but apparently it can be caused by measles.

I called her this morning and she says he's starting to eat properly now and seems okish - certainly better than he has been.

pukedonmama · 10/10/2006 12:55

I amazed at the strong reactions to Astu's 1st post and that everyone trusts wholeheartedly that injecting their babies with live vaccines is best becuase docs tell us 2. There is a lot of evidence 2 support anti vax take a look at this site informedparent.eway.co.uk/Portals/2/mmr.html.
Although i do think she is a bit over aggressive. Of course it is everyones right 2 choose what they believe is best 4 their own child but we are grossly misinformed by our own government and Drs. I think tis is why many people try an dget this information accross so aggressively because once u know the shocking truth of the full facts u will 2. Please mums go 2 the website above and look out 4 talks by Trevor Gunn to get the other side of the story b4 u decide what 2 do-u can always get the jabs later but once their in u cant.
