For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

but you have to go, he doesn't have to stay, that should be the important issue with custody, that he could come to england if he wanted to

ahundredtimes · 27/05/2008 19:57

Does he live with you? Or with Ex at the minute?

[thumps keyboard]

Oh this must be frustrating for you, because you can't tell us and we are hitting keyboards and asking too many questions.

womblingalong · 27/05/2008 19:58

You use as many as you want to UR, you don't have to apologise.

Lots of positive thoughts & hand squeezes from me, coming your way. What an arse your ex sounds.

UnderRated · 27/05/2008 20:06

DS spends weekdays (& nights) with me and weekends with ex.

Sorry I can't give details. You're all right though, there is a simple solution - ex could come back to the UK. But he won't.

Anyway, enough about me.

I have a suspicious looking mango that I am going to palm off on the kids.

UnderRated · 27/05/2008 20:07

You are all very lovely btw. Thank you. I haven't really mentioned this before but caved yesterday. Sorry.

ahundredtimes · 27/05/2008 20:07

[bites tongue]

Nggggghhggg or, or you could bring him back because you are his mother and he has to come and visit. Nggggg.

Yes, I know. We'll stop. We'll do hand holding and mango prodding instead.

MrsCarrot · 27/05/2008 20:08

no, not enough about you, UR, we are demanding but we want to help

just because he doesn't want to isn't good enough. How come the fact that he has an option doesn't affect the custody case?

MrsCarrot · 27/05/2008 20:09
TooTicky · 27/05/2008 20:19

UR, if you wanted to speak to any of us by email I am sure we are all willing.

Arse, have forgotten what else I was going to say.
