Hey Franny we're now talking about going tomorrow instead as it's going to rain today and the weather looks a bit better for tomorrow. So might see you. Or dh and ds.

FrannyandZooey · 17/05/2008 09:34

that may tip the balance

happy mornings to all

What wood thing?

Nectarine, banana, grapefruit and bluberry wit granola and yoghurt.

It is not as much fun lying around in the rain, there is a certain perceived healing effect while basking in the sun that doesn't translate to the sofa with a dvd.

We might go to the garden centre and buy some plants and look at the rabbits.

Tatties · 17/05/2008 11:33

I know what you mean about the sun MrsC. Garden centres are thrilling for me What do you think you will get?

FrayedKnot · 17/05/2008 11:43

Should be washing kitchen floor but instead am doodling about on here

Have a good time at the Garden Centre MrsC

Last year when I had an op on my foot I was housebound for a week, and then very limited in what I could do for several weeks afterwards.

The first time I went out was to a mobility shop to buy a walking stick so I could actually get about, I have never been so excited about going anywhere

Hmm, maybe as you usually do get proof of posting, give them the benefit of the doubt and refund them and trust them to be honest. Depends how expensive it is I guess.

TooTicky · 17/05/2008 12:54

Ask them for proof of non-arrival?
Sorry, that's not helpful.
Is there a feedback system on Amazon? So you can assess how reliable they are, that is.

TooTicky · 17/05/2008 12:56

The air is ripe with muck today. I fear slightly for the washing.

Avi I think you can still claim for a missing item even if you didn't get proof of posting. Ask at the PO, but I have definitely claimed for an item which went missing. At that time the upper limit you could get if you didn't have a receipt was £10.

FrannyandZooey · 17/05/2008 13:38

yes sorry you need to refund avi
annoying for you

It says on the flyer 'spontaneous happenings'. Not sure what that will involve.
But also a 'Monkey-Do Tree Climbing experience' and sculpture and activities for children and just lots of wood. And Hurdle Making .

FrannyandZooey · 17/05/2008 14:01
