For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Hmm, have moved about rather a lot today getting cross with vases and flowers and pots and things not looking quite right and forcing myself not to sweep etc.

DH is trying so hard but I like a little order amongst the stuff and I have been an atrocious patient. Sigh. Tomorrow I must lie down and ignore the mess. I have read hundreds of magazines, they have blurred a little.

FrannyandZooey · 09/05/2008 22:10

we are going to nice restaurant, the one with the extraordinarily sexy manager, that HC thinks might be gay but he isn't
am going with two funny and nice friends
am slightly worried as cannot sit for too long without hurting
may have to go and take the air in between courses like MrsC in her garden

also have tickets for v good music thing on Monday but no babysitter aaargh
was meant to be one final jaunt out with dp, last chance for next 5 years or whatever
or will I find I am leaving this baby with any old person who offers, I hope so, yes

FrannyandZooey · 09/05/2008 22:11

MrsC can't you find one quiet calm room where the vases are all straight? I have to keep my bedroom all white and toy free so I can go and hide in there

MrsCarrot · 09/05/2008 22:12

a little, a lot,

funny how th pictures disappear even on an open window. I don't blame you for taking them down. It was a lot of sharing for you.

FrannyandZooey · 09/05/2008 22:12

100 can have a badge

"I did good sharing today"

Oh good thank you. Next time I'm in a good mood I'll do it again. Especially when I can get into iphoto. Though i quite like that I did mad sharing not vain sharing.

It's taken quite a lot out of me.

Have you books MrsC? In other rooms there are many messy bookshelves with stuff, but lots of books. Shall I send you some?

cyteen · 09/05/2008 22:15

MrsC - no, the blonde is a dear friend of mine from uni. She's an actor - you might have seen her in Sunday night Heartbeat spin-off The Royal (if you were sad enough to watch it, like I was).

This is me - looking a bit wonky!

ahundredtimes · 09/05/2008 22:16

ooooh more sharing.

Oooh you are PRETTY. With lovely teeth and everything.

berolina · 09/05/2008 22:17

Oh TooT, those fairysteps shoes are lovely, and the prices aren't too painful. I've just bought a pair of Moshulu ones that fit reasonably comfortably, but the next time I need a new pair I'll definitely look there.

I am joining in the sharing. Here are the pics of BotanicBeroBoy I mentioned the other day.

MrsCarrot · 09/05/2008 22:18

ooh, you are very pretty, cyteen. I like your eyeliner, I could never do that.

100 - I do have a lovely lot of books in my parcel, I am reading one of them, so I ought to say no thanks but I am greedy and would love to add some to the pile. I am going to be here a while.

BBBee · 09/05/2008 22:19

oh cyteen you are a beauty and you are good at eyeliner.

MrsCarrot · 09/05/2008 22:20

I used to try and draw a flower in the corner but it always looked like someone had splatted a fly on my face.

berolina · 09/05/2008 22:20

you are lovely, cyteen. And 100x, I loved your photos too. Franny, you have a beautiful bump .

FrannyandZooey · 09/05/2008 22:20

MrsC I think half those books were a bit silly
I didn't know what to get and I didn't want to get either proper serious literary stuff OR crap chick lit so you got a very motley selection
I hope 100 sends you some good uns

BBBee · 09/05/2008 22:21

100 have i told you about lovley floppy haired student who was next to me in university library when i heard your news adn i squealed and then i had to explain - i still bump inot him and he asks about you - is most strange.

I have told you that already haven't i?

FrannyandZooey · 09/05/2008 22:21

ooh cyteen I like your wonky glamour

OP posts:
cyteen · 09/05/2008 22:21

Aww you are all lovely. I feel a bit of a fraud now, it's a rare occasion when I actually break out the eyeliner and make an effort. The blue pyjama bump shot is much more representative of my normal look

FrannyandZooey · 09/05/2008 22:22

100 I want to know if we are going to be in your dedication thingy in your book
because I think on the page where you namedrop everyone you have ever met, it should say "with love to all the veggers, who taught me how to share" or something equally sickening deep

OP posts:
MrsCarrot · 09/05/2008 22:22

They were not silly, Franny, they were a perfect selection. I stroked the covers for ages but then I am a bit weird. I have been raving about my parcel and its contents to all who will listen.

FrannyandZooey · 09/05/2008 22:22

the blue pyjama shot looked glamorous too!

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 09/05/2008 22:23

MrsC I like to stroke and then when dp isn't looking I sniff

OP posts:
womblingalong · 09/05/2008 22:23

No Franny, the prettiest thing you have is DS of course! I liked your pink skirt in the pic you linked to. I always liked that pleated skirt with the ruched long sleeve black top, but it is probably a bit too hot for the weather at the moment.

Mrs C - you must put your feet up, and try to bock out the mess slight dis-orgainsation.

I have invited DH out on a date tomorrow night, I am v excited, and want a lovely summer dress to wear, don't have one though. Am having hair done tomorrow, maybe I will have time to get something then.

Am knackered, work has been crap and I had to work on a last minute presentation to the board until 3.45 this morning, so have had about 2 hours sleep. Despite vast quantities of F&V have managed to get a

ahundredtimes · 09/05/2008 22:25

LOL @ taught me how to share. God, then they'll read the book and think 'well, that was NOT a v. sharing sort of book, who are these veggers?' believe me.

Oh yes, be greedy. Can you email me? And we'll put together a perfect package. I can think of some good ones for you, but need to know what you have. Can someone send me your email and I shall send a reading list?

Oh yes Bee, I love that story. I find it oddly touching actually.

FrannyandZooey · 09/05/2008 22:25

I've got a short sleeved ruched top to go with it wombling, and it has a v neck as I actually have norkage temporarily

the skirt in the picture is another loan from a friend and is lovely deep red
