For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

I knew I would get kitchen envy. The space! and the aga and I didn't realise that JJ was that kind, I always wanted that kind but I am allergic so we are going to get a rabbit and dh will deal with it.

You have a beautiful family. I like the cartoons.

Franny - your bump is wonderful, there is no eclipsing going on there, if that is an eclipse then I could have multi-mooned, loads of balls at the same time.

One of the most prized dollies is just a head Her name is AO. I love that photo. Mostly I love that I obviously thought it would be a good idea to organize that 'family shot' in their dressing-gowns.

No, it's too mad Fra. It has to go. Is too accurate a snapshot of us. When I think that I could have uploaded lovely staged photographs of us on holiday, looking serene and ironed and quite sane.

The best photos are always slighty unconventional. Very posed and shiny ones are never so good.

oh i like you more now - i like your house. I am not very good with perfect houses and i was worried it might be like that and i would be a bit blue but i love it. If i came round for coffee i wouldn't have to worry about being clumsy OR swearing.

it is quite similar to boco's house in the kind of um, nice but with stuff way.

ds2 looks like a mini johnny lee miller in the black and white one. Very handsome.

oh we have a much loved dolly which is a big baby dolls head stuffed onto a smaller doll body so it looks most freaky. It is called 'happy barbie' and it lives under the stairs. it is scary.

I hate that you thought I'd be Mrs Clean Bbee. However did I give that impression.

no i didn't think you would be mrs clean - you can;t even hire a cleaner that cleans you get one that drinks coffee and tells good stories.

Just before I clicked I thought 'oh what if it is all clean and prinked and white and chrome and myh world will close a bit.'

It is exactly how I thought it would be but from a different angle and the fridge was closer to the island and I can't see if the window is where I thought. I didn't picture it to be tidy though.

God, I really had thought about your kitchen hadn't I? It was the aga mention, that was it.

Oh I know sorry. I'm not meaning to be tricky, I just didn't want photos on all night for some reason. Maybe that's silly. They are quite silly photos after all.

Where are you going out tomorrow? I have to go to a barbeque. It is thunder and lightening at the moment.
