For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Right. There has been a technical hitch - I can't get into iphoto for some reason I don't understand. So I can only upload photos from iphotobooth.

This means they are quite weird, and the one of ds1 is in a sort of drawing style, and so is the ONLY one of JJ - you have to look for the cartoon style one, he is the black spot on the floor. LOL.

I wonder if it is worth it?

Beautiful children. Ds2 and dd2 were particularly struck by the photo with lots of dollies. Dd2 adores dollies atm, she gazes at them in shops. Ds2 says, "It's not fair, she has three babies and he only has two!"

i like the bag hanging on that island thing and all the things stuck to the fridge with magnets and best is the white chair with blue paint on it - that is very lived in.

your children are wonderful but you know that I guess. I like the one with them holding all those babies.

Your dd has mad hair. I love mad hair. I like that - uis it ds2? - holds babies. And ds1 is just yummable.
