For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Sorry, that was all me me me.

Have read thread now:

I agree Lully, your friends sound jealous.

Yes, FK - I did feel a but guilty going in the first place. New rule - no dates with people who I don't fancy. lol @ miniature driver!

FMF - did you agree to lie?

Zippi - your weekend sounds lovely. I want to stay in bed all day and play scrabble with a man.

Have said a mango prayer. Mine is too far gone for there to be any hope.

I cannot buy brazil nuts over here.

I like OsmosisBanana

Hi UR
Yes he does sound very undesirable.. so sorry..being locked in a car is horrible
but he will get the message if you are pretty cool the first/next time you see him

zippitippitoes · 21/04/2008 07:47

oh dear UR that sounds a bit disastrous

hopefully he will not be a nuisance, he sounds like he has quite sufficient ego to recover as he clearly thought he was quite worth spending time with despite appearances to the oposite

i lost extremely badly in scrabble by 150 points

dd1 has decided she is my mother i think..bf was actually walking into kitchen behind me when she made finally got up comment

no restaurantys are open here at 5.30 on sunday..is this normal?

i have to get my mind organised for college i am sure there is undone homework

i am going to have luxury fruit salad and oats and granola

i dont think i could cycle while pregnant

only tried cycling with ds and he used to lean so it wasnt a success

stuffitllama · 21/04/2008 07:55

i looked at your artist zippi, very pretty, but I haven't read her essays which would offer a bit of background which I think I would need
does she work with found materials or does she create it all
your weekend sounds lovely
and the bf grandma thing was ok by the sounds of it

zippitippitoes · 21/04/2008 08:02

stuffitllama · 21/04/2008 08:05

stuffitllama · 21/04/2008 08:06

a banana btw, some brazil nuts, which I'm pleased with anyway

FrannyandZooey · 21/04/2008 08:07

UR oh dear i am sorry could you say something like "I enjoyed your company but realise now that I am not really ready for dating atm" which is what I always used to say when in coward mode

FK I did have more things than coleslaw! I had a proper fruit slut breakfast and a big salad for lunch. The coleslaw was all I had at dinner time [indignantly tries to regain points]

this morning:
pineapple (loads), black grapes, banana, raisins. 4.

TooT I used to make tofu quiche. It was never exactly irresistible though.

Hello

zippitippitoes · 21/04/2008 08:26

mornin to idris frany and stuffit

i am looking for someone to camp now

stuffitllama · 21/04/2008 08:37

morning fran morning idris
i will hear everything banana
we camped the last two years, once in the rain, once in the sun so are nearly as experienced as you? no tipis though ..
it's so wonderful, even in the rain it was wonderful in a british way but there was no temptation to get au naturel, the need for wellies nails it i feel

stuffitllama · 21/04/2008 08:42

Franny just as a point of interest
I'm assuming you'll delegate wee zoolet's naming decision to the 10ers?

Fullmoonfiend · 21/04/2008 08:50

someone to camp Zippi? Will you prance around in front of them saying ''Titter ye not'' and pursing your lips while dressed in pink furry moon boots?

zippitippitoes · 21/04/2008 08:54

i have someone to camp with

i know it will be freezing

isnt it time the weather got a bit nice

stuffitllama · 21/04/2008 08:56

zippitippitoes · 21/04/2008 08:57

stuffitllama · 21/04/2008 08:57

zippitippitoes · 21/04/2008 09:00

when we were coming back from the station on sat night we were walking through town at about half past midnight i saw exdps taxi in front of us..too late to tske avoiding action so walked past it then it drove past us and parked up by a club and we walked past

he was pretending to look at something when we wlked past him but he will have seen us

i am quite pleased

for no particular reason

zippitippitoes · 21/04/2008 09:01

no.. a logo for me to have as a tattoo?

stuffitllama · 21/04/2008 09:04

on the google someone's name thread

i definitely wouldn't have it as a tattoo although you could do something with fake tan and a stencil

the exdp thing is excellent

Fullmoonfiend · 21/04/2008 09:19

I am a seasoned camper but as I get older, I find I am less enthusiastic about it being cold and wet...
I feel cheated out of Spring. I wish I could be optimisitic about a nice summer but...

FrannyandZooey · 21/04/2008 09:31

oh LOL at exdp seeing you zippi
I know it is not a very noble sentiment but what a poke in the eye to see you looking so young and gorgeous and with someone so young and gorgeous
