See my other thread.

I have just had blood tests for my muscles twitching, pins and needles in my hands, warm joints. Its all I.proving through since I've been taking eleoctolytes in my drink these last couple of days

One for my liver has come back high and needs repeating. Please calm me down..I feel like I could pass out.

All the other results are in normal range. Its just this one.

Op you’re spiralling . You need to stop now!

Stop googling and stop asking these questions.

Is your husband home? If not and you’re alone then phone a friend/ family member for a catch up and to distract yourself.

On Monday speak to your gp again about HA. Quite a few of us have given you things to do to help ease you tonight but you’re focussing on the wrong things and making yourself worse. As someone who has awful HA, seeking reassurance doesn’t help you.

Ok. I've googled enough...you have all been great on here. Belive me I could have been worse without you all.

I can't do anymore. The app only lets me see so much and I can't get any more information.

Thanks to all the kind people on here. My DH is home and he's bruing up. X

You don't need anymore information. Enjoy your cuppa and relax.

Please, is Serum ferritin a cancer marker..please

No it isn't. Ferratin is your body's stored iron. If it's low just take some iron supplements. My ferratin was 2 and I'm still here lol it can make you feel really bad though and make you more anxious.

Terrifiedshakes · 26/06/2024 22:33

Thank you. My ferritin levels look better then they did in March. They are 17 now. In March they were 5.

I was just worried as its on a list along with the liver function test.

Your LFT can be elevated for any number of reasons. Of the only thing that's showing is ferritin and nothing else then it's not serious. They would have found clues in your other results which point to a serious issue if there was one, electrolytes, full bloods count etc

Just had a good chat with a gp whos tokd me to go home, drink more and enjoy an evening run.

He's not concerned about my liver levels. He said it could be vitamin D deficiency. So I'm being checked for that. He listened to me, had me laughing and smiling and told me I'm too healthy to be worrying about everything I'm worrying about.
