For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

But we do have a turret

Zippi !!!!!!!!

I couldn't possibly use a trap

TooTicky · 30/03/2008 22:38

Nothing Pink. Nothing much. It will be a pleasant surprise when you put them on....

lullabyloo · 30/03/2008 22:39

ds loves mice
he has a huge cuddly mouse collection all have to be lined up just so on his bed every night

Boco · 30/03/2008 22:39

Didn't notice any dirty bottoms, just lots of very very manky stuffed animals. There's quite a shocking wood pecker in need of a bit extra stuffing as it looks like his head might fall off. DD2 was scared of the tiger, he's quite fierce. Dp used to work in that museum, categorising stuffed birds.

zippitippitoes · 30/03/2008 22:40

sorry its a knid of reaction to listening to morrissey i think which i am doing at the moment

TooTicky · 30/03/2008 22:41

House mice (mus musculus)eat soap more than cheese.
Wood mice can jump.
Yellow necked mice are v. similar to wood mice but are only found in certain areas of the country.

lullabyloo · 30/03/2008 22:42

Boco...ds was fascinated with all the stuffed animals at the Natural History museum

Walking past a boutique a few days later,he stopped & looked at the mannequins in the window & said sadly
'Isn't it a shame that the ladies all died & they stuffed them?'

TooTicky · 30/03/2008 22:43

Lully, ds1 used to be like that with badgers. He doesn't sleep with them any more

Ds2 has monkeys.

Boco, I think it's where all the school children trailing up the stairs can't resist touching a bottom

TooTicky · 30/03/2008 22:44

I laughed out loud at the stuffed ladies!!!!

lullabyloo · 30/03/2008 22:45

I did too & ds was most annoyed
'It isn't really very mummy you know'

Boco · 30/03/2008 22:45

Lol at the stuffed ladies - dd was once really freaked out by a mannequin with no head and demanded to know who had chopped it off.

lullabyloo · 30/03/2008 22:45

very funny

lullabyloo · 30/03/2008 22:46

lol Boco

The ones in fenwicks are all undressed & in very rude arrangements atm

zippitippitoes · 30/03/2008 22:46

lolol

tempting to have a baby just to get them to the stage of being funny

IdrisTheDragon · 30/03/2008 22:49

at stuffed ladies.

DS has loads of animals in his bed. Sometimes they all have to be towered up and compicated games take place.

TooTicky · 30/03/2008 22:57

Lully, are you communing with your mouse?

Boco · 30/03/2008 23:19

Hey Bee, tell me about your birthday, was it nice? What did you do?

BBBee · 30/03/2008 23:24

my knee was on telly - really - my knee - bee's knee (just the one so not quite the bees knees) It was in shot for a long time. I have to keep it covered now or it gets recognised. The other knee is jealous.

My birthday was lovely boco - I went to london to see the history boys and my dcs did me a tea party with jam tarts and my dad made me a pizza that made me feel about five.

I got cards from lovley people who I adore and I felt loved and treasured.

I drank a glass of shiraz on my own in a pub at lunch time and drew a picture of a bottle and lots of drips and next to each drip I worte somethign about myself and then I coloured the drips green.

It was good.

34 is a fucking greast age to be.

Boco · 30/03/2008 23:27

That sounds like a lovely birthday Bee, I like the drips. Did you write good things? Very glad you felt loved and treasured, that's just about right isn't it.
