For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

oh i like the zuchinininini one bit american it is not mine but better than mine. I am not blessed in the title area.

I feel I have mmisled you about the glamour of the literary thing. It is in a pizza place with the speakers and some organisers and I have been to nothing at the festival and will come late for coffee and have nothing to say and there will be no glamour or champagne. Just nervy chat.

TooTicky · 01/04/2008 21:55

Ooh yes, i like that one too. And

Funny, my ds2 also adores Beautiful Day
We had it on Rather Loud t'other day leaving school, and the windows down "so all the kids can hear, mum" We got a couple of surprised looks.

and this

Fullmoonfiend · 01/04/2008 21:59

lol at mouse cottage..
I used to protect ds from the worst ravages of our killer tom cat's spoils...once he found a corpse casualty and I told him it was sleeping before discreetly disposing of it. Couple of weeks later he came into the bedroom saying ''Mummy there's another mouse asleep in the hallway. All over the hallway. And a bit is asleep in the kitchen too...''

End of Innocence.

TooTicky · 01/04/2008 22:01

Oh good Lully, you're sounding better. I was quite worried about you earlier.
