For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Just done 45 mins of yoga. I nearly did pose of a firefly! Like this!

TooTicky · 10/03/2008 22:21

I have four half siblings but nobody deigned to tell me about them until I was in my teens. Then I wasn't really allowed to see them because their mother was a bit odd. Then I saw them just a wee bit - then I couldn't again, then my dad died and I saw them at the funeral and that was it. Sorry, it's a bit miserable, isn't it?

Pink, that is incredible!

Oh TooT that's sad Do you want to get in touch with them again? Or is it just a bit of wistfulness?

pinkspottywellies · 10/03/2008 22:24

I can't balance in it properly but I can get my bum and feet off the floor. Then I wobble and land with a thud!!

TooTicky · 10/03/2008 22:25

I really wish I could. My brother was in Jersey about 5 years ago, may still be there. The girls - who knows? One wanted to join the RAF, one is quite disabled, and the youngest will be all grown up too. When she was 5 she looked just like me
