For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

She does! Franny has a great chin.

I like big noses too. DD1 has a teaching assistant in the class with a huge nose and chin, she looks like Angelica Houston, but skinnier, she's amazing, I stare.

ahundredtimes · 15/03/2008 22:17

Actually it might be called Mad Men not Man Men, that would be on a totally different channel. Perhaps I did by mistake? What a bonus!

IdrisTheDragon · 15/03/2008 22:18

I misread 100x post and thought it said you had recorded Mr Men. This worried me.

BBBee · 15/03/2008 22:19

wombling - you are a beauty - you had the door in my brothel you know. Oh yes.

My dad says I have a chin like a spade - you know - in that loving dad way.

100x - tell me you are going to throw a wonderful party to celebrate and you DP is going to do a wonderful announcement where he gets everyones attention tapping his glass and say things about bees knees and favourite people - please do - even if it is not true make it up.

BBBee · 15/03/2008 22:20

(his arm ached as he had been praqdctising the glass chinking thing in the shed)

Boco · 15/03/2008 22:21

There should be a celebration. But Mr100 shouldn't organise it because then there'd have to be games and competitions with winners. It has to be a party where 100 is already the winner.

FrannyandZooey · 15/03/2008 22:21

"Franny has a great chin.

I like big noses too"

DON'T try and convince ,me that those two sentences were NOT related

ahundredtimes · 15/03/2008 22:21

lol @ Mr Men. God, I really would have lost it then wouldn't I?

Boco · 15/03/2008 22:22

splutter! No really, they weren't, your nose is perfectly normal sized, bit small if anything, you should try harder with that.

ahundredtimes · 15/03/2008 22:22

[cringe] No, no parties, nothing like that. And CERTAINLY no DH making speeches and getting tearful and being expansive.

ahundredtimes · 15/03/2008 22:23

Pull it franny, every night and see if you can get it to touch your chin. Then Boco will be yours for ever and ever.

FrannyandZooey · 15/03/2008 22:23

I know full well it is long and pointy
like my ruddy chin
the therapy is helping me to come to terms with it

I have a lovely names thread going at the moment
would anyone like to come and tell me what to name dc if it is ds?

Boco · 15/03/2008 22:24

Oh dear I need to go, I'm being an idiot.

ahundredtimes · 15/03/2008 22:24

I would love to, and will think hard about this but I have to um, go and watch Mr Men on video. I am going to give in considerable thought.

Why aren't we considering possible dd names too?

TooTicky · 15/03/2008 22:25

Goodness, I must read more carefully! Boco didn't really say that Frtanny has a great big chin, did she?

UnderRated · 15/03/2008 22:25

Yes, I vote for points for digging.

Hello Idris - what a good DBil you have.

Boco, your day sounds lovely.

All this talk of chins. I don't think I notice them

TooTicky · 15/03/2008 22:25

Franny that is, not Frtanny.

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 15/03/2008 22:26

PMSL don't tease Boco

100 because I have loads of girls names

TooTicky · 15/03/2008 22:26

Idris, I have posted the trousers.

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 15/03/2008 22:26

UR you would notice mine

TooTicky · 15/03/2008 22:26

Is 100x still here?

OP posts:
IdrisTheDragon · 15/03/2008 22:32

Ooh thank you TooT .

I have no idea what anyone's chin looks like.

I only contributed to the Franny potential DS2 thread to wonder what current DS (with the potential of being DS1) is called. I am not sure I am much help on boy names. I like the name Xanthe though (in case any more girl names are needed).

BBBee · 15/03/2008 22:33

I have big nose and chin. I like them. My hairdresser says I have 'strong features' but then she is paid to say such things. I think it means as you get older you get distingushed but as a youth you are not pretty. Those who are pretty turn potatoey. Those whit 'strong feautres' have these to disguise the lack of collenge as everything obeys gravity.

FrannyandZooey · 15/03/2008 22:35

I just get pointier and witchier
and wrinklier
ah sweet life

ladywombling · 15/03/2008 22:37

Thank you Bee, I have my red lace dress in reseve, if I am ever called upon to staff said establishment.
