For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Kleeneze are worse than BW - people have to pay start up costs and I can't imagine it is much more lucrative.

I did Betterware once, for about 3 weeks but it really wasn't worth it.

100x, the photo shoot sounds quite stressful but I'm glad it's all done now. Hope Boco's rash gets sorted out soon.

I love hot cross buns. I need a good recipe though - mine is rubbish. Anyone got one to share? I'd use wholemeal if making them at home but probably white if making them with other people's kids. Or half and half.

avi you were right about the mango, it was going over ripe but we ate half of it. I tried my veg box at the same time which was going black at the top and it was rock hard and crunchy but we had 1.5 good ones from yours which is a very good percentage indeed

you know I had a feeling something like that was going to happen to those photos how strange. Perhaps the propellers scared them away...

scan showed quite a few enlarged tumors..ie that have grown in size since last scan...so not great news
I need drugs to treat infections in my leg ,but hepatologist cannot give the go ahead because of poor liver function.
I need surgery for clot/veins...but because of lymphoedema cannot have this either.
....hence much head scratching & sighing from all consultants involved...I am not easy or straightforward..ever

dh is supposed to be off work to decorate
in reality he is watching horse racing,playing scrabble,lying in & drinking tea...he cannot even find 5 mins for ds
