For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

No.

Absolutely not.

TooTicky · 13/03/2008 22:11

Oh, so many remedies confuse the picture horribly. Bollocks bollocks bollocks. Wish I could help. Although, there is financial flexibility with the good guys...

I must tidy the kitchen and go to bed and sleep.

Night all.

Boco · 13/03/2008 22:12

Good night 100, don't fret, it's done and fabulous.

pinkspottywellies · 13/03/2008 22:13

I've raised £80 sponsorship for Race for Life so far Yay

Boco · 13/03/2008 22:14

Well done Pink!

Toot it would have to be so flexible as to be free. I guess I'll try the derm next, in case it turns out to be something fixable and obvious.

TooTicky · 13/03/2008 22:14

TooT news? Um. I have given up rubbishy job thingy because it was, er, rubbish. And costly in petrol.
Dd1 has secondary school of choice.
Ds1 is challenging but there are good signs among the mayhem. Wish he had a real friend though.
Ds2 fine - greatly entertaining atm.
Dd2 cut her own fringe this evening. In trying to tidy it up, I fear I have made it worse.

What was the rubbish job TooT?

TooTicky · 13/03/2008 22:39

Oh, it was Betterware. Deliver catalogues, collect them, go back to collect the rest, deliver goods, go back and try again for the ones who were out. Very time and petrol consuming.
And one of the worst thinmgs? Being referred to as "The Betterware Lady"

OP posts:
pinkspottywellies · 13/03/2008 22:54

lullabyloo · 13/03/2008 22:55

pinkspottywellies · 13/03/2008 22:56

TooT I'm a shocker for not leaving the book out on the right day. I always get the leave it out tomorrow please note. Although I was there once when he put it through and thought FGS if you'd knocked you could've had it! I've asked them not to leave me one any more.

TooTicky · 13/03/2008 22:56

Oh yes, ds1 liked that story!

lullabyloo · 13/03/2008 22:57

lullabyloo · 13/03/2008 22:57

Ds is obsessed with a Mr Pinkwhistle book he got in the charity shop last week

TooTicky · 13/03/2008 22:58

Ah, but were you rude and abusive? Are you one of those people who snatches it from the letterbox and then jumps out at the poor unfortunate?
