For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Oh there was another one too MrsC, it got deleted, Cod had started it. I defended veggers with a pointy stick and a horse and foxinsocks. We were very brave. I should probably get a certificate.

glad you had fun 100x!

MrsCarrot · 22/02/2008 21:37

yes I saw that too, you said you wouldn't stick up for Cod because she had dissed the veggers

ahundredtimes · 22/02/2008 21:37

I get Brad Pitt, but I wouldn't sleep with him. Poor thing. He looks good in a t-shirt and that unnerves me. George Clooney would not look good in a t-shirt and therefore I am prepared to sleep with him if he doesn't talk too much.

There we go.

Yes, thank you Boco we had a lovely time. Everyone exhausted. Lots of walking. Johnny Jet thinks his paws might drop off.

ahundredtimes · 22/02/2008 21:38

Has there been vegger dissing?

MrsCarrot · 22/02/2008 21:38

didn't she do an identical thread a few weeks ago?

FrannyandZooey · 22/02/2008 21:39

I need more information before I can award a certificate

dp is rubbing his hands in a doorway, I'd better go

Ahh good old Cod. I like it when she gets cross and tells us which threads she's hiding.

MrsCarrot · 22/02/2008 21:40

much vegger dissing, 100, we are hippies and fruit loops. The coolest mnetters do not come on clicky threads such as this you see.

I would definitely rather sleep with Brad than George, much less hair I think.

Tatties · 22/02/2008 21:42

MrsC your curry sounds nice

< I'm not really into festivals you know - are you going to boot me off? >

ahundredtimes · 22/02/2008 21:42

lol. I like fruit loops as a term, is very nice.

Boco · 22/02/2008 21:43

Poor Brad 100, he's going to be very sad Like that. I will have to sleep with him to make him feel better. [dutiful martyr emoticon]

What more do you need to know Franny, I had a stick, a horse, a fox(insocks). It was me and lulumama defending the right to chat fgs!

MrsCarrot · 22/02/2008 21:44

me too, I was imagining boiled candy cheerios

Bbbee · 22/02/2008 21:45

hello

are we a clique - do we have a code and stuff? I didn't know. I am welcoming but not very 10/10 at the minute - today I had a plum and some tomatoes.

Did JJ go in the sea?

is there kicking frnny?

what have I missed?

am loving that over is now under - -and rightly so!

ahundredtimes · 22/02/2008 21:46

Yes he will be sad, but there you go, that's what comes of loafing about in a white t-shirt too much of the time.

DS2 has a black eye, which has now gone a violet colour. DS1 threw the television buttons at him. They were arguing apparently about where the telly buttons should be on the table FGS. DS1 got cross and threw them at him. Hence black eye.

Is non-stop fun and peace in this hippy household.

Bbbee · 22/02/2008 21:47

I would not sleep with brad pit. I think he might be prone to that apres sex stroking. I hate that. Even if I think someone might do that I can not think of them sexually.

UnderRated · 22/02/2008 21:47

lol Franny, enjoy!

My friend was rather amused at being served Fruit Loops when she was sectioned. The staff didn't get it.

MrsCarrot · 22/02/2008 21:47

I love it when people call the remote control 'buttons'. It's so quaint.

Bbbee · 22/02/2008 21:48

i would sleep with david baddiel

MrsCarrot · 22/02/2008 21:48

Nnoooooo!

ahundredtimes · 22/02/2008 21:50

Would you? God, I wouldn't. He's watched too much porn.

Boco · 22/02/2008 21:52

I stood next to david baddiel at spittalfields market and we both had our babies on our fronts and our babies talked to each other and I could't believe how mini he is in real life, like a hobbit man.

ahundredtimes · 22/02/2008 21:53

See. It was all porn, porn, porn. Then it's all look at me wearing my baby, baby, baby.

FrayedKnot · 22/02/2008 21:54

We call them buttons

Do you mean them stroking you BBBee?

ahundredtimes · 22/02/2008 21:54

I quite like him actually, but I wouldn't sleep with him. Oh no.

Do you think the expression 'sleep with' is quaint, like button? It might be you know.

I must go to bed.

MrsCarrot · 22/02/2008 21:54

lol at your babies talking while you chose your apples.
