For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

I'm not a lentil weaver. I have a lovely green eyeshadow MrsC. It's a Clinique one called Key Lime Pie. I wear it with a brown one. I also have a green trio one from Te$c*. And a turquoise/green Boots one. Gosh. Too many eyeshadows and that's just the green collection!

I can teach ds the trumpet Franny. Send him up here! I didn't get very good at the violin. I didn't practice enough. I gave up the piano too cause my sister got better than me Practice would have helped rather than giving up but we live and learn!

I have discovered tonight why people have routines and stick to them. We had a lovely lovely day at PILS for BILs birthday but dd didn't have a sleep and ate lunch too late and bedtime was horrible!! Ah well she's asleep now but I'm going to bed in a minute because I won't be at all surprised if I'm up in the night

TooT I'd like to come and picnic in Wilts. Will probably make it a half way stop on the way to my Mums.

I can't do titles.

Just looked at next week's running schedule and I will be running for 25 mins by the end of the week. That sounds ok now!
