Dedicated Swallower of Passion (Fruit) - 10 / 10 thread

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Tatties · 10/02/2008 20:29

Oh and because he was on Jools Holland the other night and I missed it

MrsCarrot · 10/02/2008 20:49

Oh, I can't wait. It will be such a treat. Sorry you are not coming, Frayednot. another time.

I also wear heels and straighten my hair now and then. I rarely wear eyeshadow though, I can never seem to find the right colour. I like green but I'm not sure it suits me.

We didn't go to Southwold in the end as it got late. We walked out on the broads and swished reeds and quacked at geese and stopped in a pub for drinks as the sun went down. Then we all sang to The Specials very badly as we drove home. Then we had roast pork that I prepared earlier. There was stuffing, sherry glazed carrots, savoy cabbage, peas, turnips and cider gravy. It was a good day.

FrannyandZooey · 10/02/2008 20:50

I fell asleep on the sofa then failed to eat stir fry
not my best day ever

OP posts:
MrsCarrot · 10/02/2008 21:10

Naked woman, naked man is sort of romantic

Ok then, more romantic ideas anyone?

FrannyandZooey · 10/02/2008 21:12

OP posts:
IdrisTheDragon · 10/02/2008 21:16

I am no good at suggestions. Sorry.

I am also not a lentil weaver. Sorry once more

FrannyandZooey · 10/02/2008 21:18

Idris you add BALANCE
it is not an entry requirement

we need a sign:

10 / 10 - the unofficial home of some lentil weavers and some non-lentil weavers

is that inclusive enough?

OP posts:
Boco · 10/02/2008 21:26

Ok, romantic, how about
That's why, darling, it's incredible
That someone so unforvegetable
Thinks that I am unforvegetable too
