For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Oh dear - well, I think I thought it was a good call because I was about to say a great big paragraph that possible would have made it worse and only fuelled the debate, and I think it was a debate wasn't it? Debates are good. Buut I can see people might be uncomfortable with that in the yurt. We are not supposed to debate on my postnatal thread either. I pop in there, say something lentillly then run away.

When did we move from the church hall to the yurt by the way. It's cold now, can we move back, please?

Yes, 100x, it could be the filing she means I hadn't thought of that. I guess, as the teacher also agreed, in this situation it's another form of control, she's always saying something mean but this time it's too much. I'm not having DD crying before bed because of her.

and someone has just said this morning that they are contagious on broken skin

Can I pack up the yurt then? There will be tea and cake in the church hall but I need a broom, this place has got mighty dusty.

MrsCarrot · 23/11/2007 09:55

Oooh, Idris, I'm glad you're here

womblingalong · 23/11/2007 09:57

Oh dear,

I felt last night was a debate, not a disagreement, but don't really want anyone to leave/fall out with anyone.

filthymindedvixen · 23/11/2007 09:57

ok, i wasn't here last night so I will just bustle around and pretend I don't know there is an Atmosphere.

womblingalong · 23/11/2007 09:57

Oh sorry Mrs C, spent so long trying to type something, crossed posts with you!

MrsC I've always wondered if that thing about banana skin and warts was true. It would be very 10/10 to find out by practical experiment?

womblingalong · 23/11/2007 09:59

, Yes please, pack away the hurt, getting v drafty this time of year.

I'll get the chairs out Mrs C, and put them in a circle.

womblingalong · 23/11/2007 10:00

MrsCarrot · 23/11/2007 10:01

Oh good, more people, there is NO atmosphere, Idris has blown it away with her fire.

Cake anyone?

filthymindedvixen · 23/11/2007 10:01

You can't leave them chairs there. S'frie hazard. And where did that dragon come from??

MrsCarrot · 23/11/2007 10:03

You must all help with the packing away, Wombling, have a broom, FMV, if you're inetersted in banana skins you can pick them up. Bins over there. Idris, keep blowing.

See how bossy I'm being now, I have put on my apron. I have a rolling pin too.

filthymindedvixen · 23/11/2007 10:05

Hmmm, may i draw your attentions to the state of the moon in the right hand corner?

''The current moon phase is "waxing gibbous". The moon reached first quarter on November 17th at 22:32 and will reach full moon at 2:30 in the afternoon of November 24th (UK time).''
