For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

If I was coming Franny I would sit next to you, and I would STARE at you. It would unnerve you mightily. I have been doing a very good job of cheering everybody on, have you noticed?

Pants - tumbler.

Jeans - on chair.

Top - find and put on chair.

Bag - available.

mobile - crucial.

Celery - fixed to coat lapel.

Find shoes. Get purse. Get bag. Wash hair. Bed.

It's a check list. Go through one by one.

oh you make it sound simple..i have found some trasin times..

will go and find bag which is too small or see if i can steal one

print off plants
and find booking for hotel

put on dishwahser i guess
put washing in tumbler don't know what clothes to wear/take

rinse it A Lot, then boil and use as you would rice. it is done when the little tail thing curls out away from the grain

it is good with soy sauce on

and goes nicely with anything saucy like curry

because of the keenwaly anticipated dalliance tomorrow I have to get all my stuff ready for my break neck week now - usually this takes all sunday as I riffle through piles looking of school letters and writing cheques for diner money and packing bags with pants. I should be doing that but I am here. I should go.
