For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Hello again. We had osme sort of squash, and some purple cauliflower and potato and peas (and cous cous) for supper. And sausages. And also mussels for a starter.

Avi, I have (hopefully) got in touch with you on Fac$^*%bk. Or some other random person who will wonder why IdrisTheDragon is getting in touch .

Hello!

My computer really is about to die this time - it hasn't let me log on until now, just crashes.

Sorry didn't make it to breakfast to say goodbye to you all. Another croupy night with dd2 who is still coughing and spluttering. Felt a little bit guilty about coming really as she slept through most of it and then was miserable for the rest, but i'm glad i met you all. Everyone was lovely - and Zippi you didn't bore me at all!

I didn't get to speak much to lionheart which i'm disappointed about as she's still a mystery lady. Or Tatties really - was all hectic and a blur!

FrannyandZooey · 19/11/2007 21:21

Boco you were the perfect person to sit next to at the beginning as you were so comfortable and nice. I knew it was all going to be all right and you made me very relaxed

Boco · 19/11/2007 21:26

Oh good franny that's nice You were very friendly and easy to chat to (as of course i knew you would be) And I thought your dp was very nice too - i bumped into him on my way back from a rainy walk with Bee and he's smiley and chatty and nice.

I hearted everyone, of course, but wombling is just lovely - would have quite liked to have leaned on her. I spoke rubbish to her dp though

BBBee · 19/11/2007 21:33

franny I can;t believe you needed calming - you seemed very socially at ease (she worked the room people!) Oh franny did you love it? was it worth it? I so think it was!

FrannyandZooey · 19/11/2007 21:35

I loved it, I really did, I am so glad we did it

I felt fine because you were all so lovely and you were all just right

but I could have been gibbering in a corner, it could have been terrible

BBBee · 19/11/2007 21:36

weren;t the waiters lovely too - all nice and understanding when I was clutzing about with menus and coffees. It was a perfect place to be - most relaxing and calm. IT was a bit like a reunion but without an origianl union to be 're'ed.

But that was good and nice. I should have talked to more people I really should - but so nice to have faces to these names. FK I loved your son and his drawings and his articulation about leeks!

BBBee · 19/11/2007 21:37

(franny - we should have talked more shouldn't we. It was wonderful and then suddenely over)

FrannyandZooey · 19/11/2007 21:39

I think we should have adopted the waiters and dragged them back to our island and made them play with the children and bring us cake

they were making paper aeroplanes for the children half the time, they were superb

lionheart · 19/11/2007 21:40

It doesn't seem real, actually, I need to see the pics.

BBBee · 19/11/2007 21:40

oh yes lion - 'tis all a little dream like isn't it.

lionheart · 19/11/2007 21:41

It must have been a bit of a slog to be running up the stairs and weaving around the children to deliver the food.

zippitippitoes · 19/11/2007 21:43

lol i accidnetally winked at two of the waiters on the way out

TigerFeet · 19/11/2007 21:44

SOunds like you had fun

I would have sat in the corner being incredibly shy but coming across as snooty

Did you all scare each others' dp/h's

The waiters were very nice when i arrived and smashed up a big pot with my bag and buggy. I loved it when the waiter was taking pictures and he started angling lights and standing on chairs to get the best picture!

MrsCarrot · 19/11/2007 21:45

Oh, I fancied the waiter, the one who took the photos. He was so nice, and has an eight week old baby he adores.

zippitippitoes · 19/11/2007 21:45

yes boco was easy to talk to...poor girl

Boco · 19/11/2007 21:48

You didn't bore me at all Zippi - i was asking you questions, if i'd been bored i'd have slipped under the table and made a run for it.

zippitippitoes · 19/11/2007 21:49

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

FrannyandZooey · 19/11/2007 21:52

i have sent photos

lionheart you are cunningly obscured by my dp's muscular shoulders

FrannyandZooey · 19/11/2007 21:52

she did pass a note down to me though zippi

"help she has slipped something into my drink and is trying to get me to join her sinister sex cult"

I just thought good luck to you

IdrisTheDragon · 19/11/2007 21:57

It may have gone to your email address although I did it through facebook.

Does your name start with a Y?

I could try adding you as a friend..
