For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

MrsC, you are young and ever so pretty.

MrsCarrot · 19/11/2007 18:10

Young? Why thank you, Lion, you're not bad yourself.

Oh, I do like being told I look young when I have just turned 30 and have bought earrings like my Mother.

Everyone says I look too young to have a 10 year old ds, but that is because I escaped being a teenage mother by two weeks. Not exactly desirable.

It's his birthday tomorrow and the amazon post didn't come today with his cd and book. Very annoying.

FrannyandZooey · 19/11/2007 18:11

I am back

I wish someone would say something NICE about me or just anything other than mentioning my slouchy Del boy accent (as I have lived in Essex 20 years, it should not be a big surprise I suppose )

everyone was wonderful I thought, I loved it, and I talked to everyone, but not for long enough, and I amm going to describe everyone in a minute when i get time and my fingers defrost

lionheart · 19/11/2007 18:13

Hip, Hip Hooray for Franny!!!!

(Does that help?)

Tatties · 19/11/2007 18:17

Hello hello

It was so lovely to meet everyone. We absolutely must have a picnic in the spring or something. It would be great to have the chance to talk more and meet the people who couldn't make it this time.

A BIG THANK YOU to Franny for organising it all, you did a marvellous job

MrsCarrot · 19/11/2007 18:22

Franny - we have been waiting for you to come back before we say nice things in case you miss any of them.

IdrisTheDragon · 19/11/2007 18:26

Can someone send me a picture please? And I will guess who everyone is .

ahundredtimes · 19/11/2007 18:28

Right

TooT is very surprising and fine boned and sort of perky-looking. Her children are lovely and lively and we also especially liked dd1 and her fab boots. She very kindly and unselfishly let me play with her playmobil.

FMF is exactly as you would expect, thank god, no surprises (if everyone had been a shock I may have had to run away). She is very extrovert and had fun playing with the children.

Tatties is gentle and shy and nice and she sorted out all the money for us which was extremely kind especially when the manager went a bit mad at the end. Her ds is a stunner.

MrsC is cool and glamorous. Her dh is v good looking but we were only allowed a small glimpse of him at the end.

Wombling is passionate and funny and her children are beautiful.

Avi was just right, she is perfectly herself and I knew it, you think she might be just about to be very withering. She never does it but you know she could. Mr Avi is just a big old . She pretended he had to go early this morning just so we could not get at him again before they went. He is a gent and also funny and twinkly. He is my favourite 10 / 10 spouse, I thought you would all like to know that.

Pink is very blonde and chatty and ds is in love with her dd. I think we may have scared her dh.

FrayedKnot I hardly got to speak to but she is jolly nice. I had no idea what she would look like but she is just as gorgeous as the rest.

Lionheart is still a bloody enigma! I was up the wrong end and only got to say hello at the end really. She is striking looking with a cool haircut.

Boco is fab and so easy to talk to. I sat next to her at lunch which was good because we didn't get to speak at the evening thing.

Zippi is good looking as we know from her pictures and has a lovely voice and an elegant way about her. I didn't get to speak to hwe much but she did not say "hunnis", well not while I was listening.

if I have missed anyone I am hugely embarrassed

FrannyandZooey · 19/11/2007 18:42

Oh BEE! Bee is yummy, I wish I was sitting nearer her. She is very warm and looks wicked. I want Bee to stay for longer next time.

fullmoonfiend · 19/11/2007 18:48

100, i will send you a pic if you send us one of you...

LL it won't be tonight that i send you a pic, sorry. technophobe needs dh to help download from camera

FrannZy, you are not the wrinkled old hag you keep banging on about at all.
(and I like your voice so ner)
Franny is very tall (even though i knew she was tall, it was a shock) And very thin. And pretty. And has an extremely lovely and tolerant dh. And we all know about her angelic son already. And her boots are indeed BFOB.

All the Dh's were very tolerant
I wish I had been able to talk more to everybody.

fullmoonfiend · 19/11/2007 18:50

Agh - The irony!! I have Inadvertantly created a link there, without meaning to.. Don't click on it it isn't a link at all!! You might disappear off into some strange dimension. Like a buggy thread or somethng

FrannyandZooey · 19/11/2007 19:00

ooh ooh flattery thank you

I may even eventually forgive for saying you thought I was going to have an annoying patronising voice

I have photos, shall I just email everyone in the photos with them? Then you can taunt non-attendees with them (can we email them to regular 10 / 10 ers?)

zippitippitoes · 19/11/2007 19:00

think tyhat is the only time i've ever been called elegant lol

i'm afraid i trapped boco oin the 4th dimesnion in the evening apologies for that

i feel quite shy about posting on here now i've met u

everyone was v nice

IdrisTheDragon · 19/11/2007 19:01

I couldn't help it - I clicked

BBBee · 19/11/2007 19:15

franny was funky - not punky or hippy but funky.

And surprisingly zesty given her current condition (when I was that stage I was pasty and carb craved)

Tatties · 19/11/2007 19:17

Oh Zippi you are elegant

Franny you are spot on about Avi

I think most people seemed familiar to me, either I felt like I had already met you or you reminded me of someone I know

BBBee · 19/11/2007 19:19

oh tatties you were lovely and you ds is perfectly divine - sublime infact.

BBBee · 19/11/2007 19:20

zippi I thought you were rather chic

lionheart · 19/11/2007 19:20

I have an image of Tatties and her DS and a pile of money and calculations,

oh, I do hope the sums added up.

zippitippitoes · 19/11/2007 19:21

zippitippitoes · 19/11/2007 19:21

lionheart · 19/11/2007 19:23

Franny, your DP kindly let me hide stand behind him for the pics.

Tatties · 19/11/2007 19:25

BBB you were lovely too, as were your children (with the same eyes as my ds )
