For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Why couldn't you poo? Do you not like pooing when you're away from home?

OMG. What's happening? I've turned into BBee.

TooTicky · 30/08/2007 23:08

I think she became a bit of an obligation.

Why have I only ever heard the 99 red balloons song in German?

ahundredtimes · 30/08/2007 23:09

Oh and I meant to say earlier, TT, there is a good farmers market every saturday morning at Green Park station. Bread, cheese, fish and very good fruit and vegetables. Worth a visit.

Boco · 30/08/2007 23:10

Toot when i read your post earlier today about nettle ale and eating seeds i pictured you covered in woad on a hill.

Do you think franny thinks she has created a monster in this thread?

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 23:11

Is woad the one you get blue dye from?

ahundredtimes · 30/08/2007 23:11

Do you think she has?

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 23:11

Monster?

TooTicky · 30/08/2007 23:12

I was out with 4 lively dcs. Train stations are no good for pooing anyway. And at my grandmother's I knew they would take the opportunity to kick each other if I disappeared. Actually, I do have problems pooing in odd places.

Boco · 30/08/2007 23:12

thread.

Boco · 30/08/2007 23:13

everyone has problems pooing in odd places i hope. Toilets are the best.

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 23:13

I got thread I just wondered why it would be a monster. Too many posting maybe?

TooTicky · 30/08/2007 23:14

Yes, woad is blue. And smelly, I've been told. I've never worn it...

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 23:14

I won't even start on pooing and odd places actually, Lo is crying again. Hope it's teeth rather than ears. Sigh. Night all.

Boco · 30/08/2007 23:15

I don't know, yes, maybe.

TooTicky · 30/08/2007 23:16

Strange places then. Home is best, I find.

Saturdays you say 100x. Hmm. I'd have to bring all the dcs then.

ahundredtimes · 30/08/2007 23:16

I think something will happen at the meet-up. Everybody will morph into a terrible braying beast which will then eat itself.

The manager will ask you to leave the restaurant.

Boco · 30/08/2007 23:17

You're probably right 100x. I don't know if i will go anymore. I hate morphing / devouring.

TooTicky · 30/08/2007 23:17

If something eats itself, surely there's nothing left?

ahundredtimes · 30/08/2007 23:21

No the manager will intervene when there's still two horrible horny claws left, and these will have to limp out. The restaurant will go quiet. Everybody will look.

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 23:25

ouroboros

ahundredtimes · 30/08/2007 23:31
Grin
ahundredtimes · 30/08/2007 23:32

I've not used that one before. I don't think I will again. It isn't very me somehow. But that made me smile MrsC in a large way.

Night.
