For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

he hasn't said so, but he does i'm sure..and he is 18 years younger than me...

he is not a prospect except for fun until he gets bored..but he might just be sufficiently curious to keep chatting until he visits the uk...

I am just in that mooching around teenage frame of mind with loads to do and no will to do it..hence too much mn..two weeks time i am at college and i have the house to finish so will be moaning then about not enough time

and exh is in the uk from 7 to 24 september and i don't normally see him but i am dreading that he will expect me to see him this time ...

No, Guadalupe is lovely, not clumpy or ugly, beautiful and exotic.

And chocolate that is flavoured with flowers tastes like soap - and that's why it makes people cry.

The End.

zippitippitoes · 30/08/2007 10:25

unlike the very beautiful carrot with damp organic soil clinging to it's fragrant roots

zippitippitoes · 30/08/2007 10:25

msn is instant messaging

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 10:26

It's the G and the D together, I'm afraid, maybe I'm just not keen on those consonants.

I will keep it for this week I think, and revert to it when I feel like being big thighed
and throaty

zippitippitoes · 30/08/2007 10:28

I always thought gudrun was a particularly lumpy name

ahundredtimes · 30/08/2007 10:28

Ah yes, instant messaging.

but what is that? Is it on phones, email?

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 10:29

on the computer, it pops up when someone sends you a message because you forgot to make yourself look offline and you Have to reply because they know you're there.

zippitippitoes · 30/08/2007 10:30

on computer..an atavar pops up saying hi and then you type like this

and they type

and you type

and while they are typing it says

zippi is typing a message or something

and then they stop

Boco · 30/08/2007 10:30

Don't listen to her Guadaloupe, you juicy big thighed lady - no one would fall about laughing at a gaudaloupe, unless they were somebody incredibly sensible called Anne who wasn't keen on a fuss, or big thighs, or ripe fruit.

ahundredtimes · 30/08/2007 10:31

Ah yes. Thank you zippi now I understand.

Where does exdh live?

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 10:32

What was that Margaret Atwood book with the big lady in, I am thinking of that. I would rather not.

ahundredtimes · 30/08/2007 10:32
zippitippitoes · 30/08/2007 10:32

hongkong

he is threatening to come back but that is nothing new

so is there a reason why ursula dn gudrun as antithetical characters have their respective names

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 10:35

not Margaret Atwood, sorry, Angela Carter

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 10:36

The passions of New Eve, that was it, with Guadelupe as the MOTHER

Boco · 30/08/2007 10:37

Did you know i have a 5 year old dd with the same name as BBBees 5 year old dd. And it's not a very common name.

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 10:39

ooh, I want to know what it is now, but I can't I know.

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 10:40

only Bee likes my Mena thread title then?

BBBee · 30/08/2007 10:42

yes boco - I think about that - is most odd and beautiful.

ahundredtimes · 30/08/2007 10:43

Tell us. Give us a clue. You are a sharer.

Actually today's schedule is horrific. Is a long, long list for town, all haircuts and football boots and grey socks and trainers and three pairs of school shoes and waiting in queues and ds2 in his pyjamas in the shoe shop growling at me.

I don't want to do it. I want to go on strike.

BBBee · 30/08/2007 10:46

I don't want to offend you Guad - but hte reason I like it is because it is a little bit surreal - like being called 'oh bananas yes correctly' Did you see someone crashed the thread and told us off about the title annoying them and being in active convos?

we are having a shouty day.

Guadalupe · 30/08/2007 10:47

I am not following you Bbbee, or at least I'm not sure why I might be offended?
