Cazee you are doing very well anyway; reading about your meals has made me hungry. Would you consider moving next door and cooking for me at the same time? How do you say your name btw? Is it like KZ?

Nappies at least you had 3 meals today. No I do not find it hard to find the time to eat Quite the opposite in fact. How old are your children? I think you should get yourself lots of snacks out each evening, ready for the next day. Dried fruit and nuts and seeds are easy and portable, and good sources of energy. Bananas and things like fruitcake or flapjacks are also nutrient-dense and don't take time to prepare.

Zippi I think you mean edamame? What were they like? I like the look of them myself but we have quite a lot of soya already and I know it has a mixed reputation as a health food so I have been avoiding getting any.

I think her general nutritional advice (when not babbling about algae) is sound, but her credentials are totally bogus, her penchant for poo is worrying, and her money making tactics are pretty revolting too.

When I come to yours Franny, I want...oooh...blue slush, and some cherry flavoured Panda Pops, and Billy Bear ham. Oh, and some of those new Dairylea hard cheese triangles.

zippitippitoes · 14/04/2007 20:56

birds eye are doing frozen..they are a bit tasteless like very weak broadbeans

FrannyandZooey · 14/04/2007 20:59

Today i have been doing some extreme gardening which is fabbo excersise digging and weeding!
We had friends round for a BBQ so i stuffed my burgers with salad and had veggie kebabs.
I also had a huge fruit salad with natural yoghurt for breakfast.

FrannyandZooey · 14/04/2007 21:02

fkoff Greeny or I'll set Olivia on you

(I did buy Pepsi for HC but I couldn't bring myself to buy the one with aspartame in)

oh which reminds me, don't get me started on ICE CREAM CONES. Went to supermarket. Dp is making lovely healthy home made lemon ice cream

posh ice cream cones = hudrogenated vegetable oil

cheapo ice cream cones = sweeteners including saccharin

so think of that next time you eat an ice cream in the park

FrannyandZooey · 14/04/2007 21:03

Oh I am so slow

Hi Charlee! Your food sounds great and what a day for a BBQ.

You know I am feeling too hungry reading everyone's luscious food, I am off to eat things

Greenleeves · 14/04/2007 21:04

Can't you fashion your own ice cream cones Franny, our of trampled quinoa husks and bits of Fair Trade yak spittle?

OP posts:
Greenleeves · 14/04/2007 21:44

Have you noticed I always maintain a circumspect silence on the subject of exercise

Has anyone tried Cauldron mushroom burgers, by the way? They are delicious.

FrannyandZooey · 14/04/2007 22:06

"Have you noticed I always maintain a circumspect silence on the subject of exercise"

That's the second mention on here of me using big words, it's like being back at bloody primary school again

So have you tried the burgers, or not?

FrannyandZooey · 14/04/2007 22:18

cauldron mushroom pate rocks!

arfishy · 14/04/2007 22:43

Oh god no. Not McKeith. She's not in Australia yet thank god. Is she touting gojis?

Oh well. At least my spirulina is safe for now.

TooTicky · 14/04/2007 22:53

Franny, there are good ice cream cones out there - I think they are made by Let's Do Organic. They still have that authentic cardboard taste though. But without the additives.

FrannyandZooey · 15/04/2007 08:10

Arfishy I think you will find she has got her faeces-stained paws on spirulina as well, amongst various other things

BTW if you post on here again I shall presume you are joining us, and will be sending round the bottom inspectors to examine your poo

I woke up this morning about 6.30 am feeling hungry so I think I may have to join Nappies in trying to eat more. I have had apple, pear, raisins, grapes, soya milk and a kiwi so far

big bowl of veg and lentil soup coming up for lunch

then friends coming over for party nibbles - am doing cherry toms and mozzarella pearls on sticks (TM littlelapin), toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and a fruit plate with pineapple, grapes, and chocolate dipped strawberries

then out for dinner to tapas place so easy to eat lots of veg

PLUS we are going for this afternoon and I will have ds in the pod trailer, so I reckon that will be vastly energetic for me

am exhausted now just thinking about it, may go for lie down

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 15/04/2007 08:12

Oh Tooticky thank you

I usually buy the kind of rolled biscuit ones that I kid myself are a bit posh, but yesterday on checking ingredients they have hydrog oil in, so I am presuming all those that you get in kiosks and cafes probably do as well

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 15/04/2007 08:14

Look these are ok but not the posh kind

virtual bouquet to anyone who can find me the biscuity kind without crap in them
