A few people have asked about this month's order so I thought I had better start a new thread.

(if you ordered last month, I have your Mooncup now and will be posting them on Wednesday 11th April )

Oh dear Suzy I am sorry to hear that. How long have you had it? How many cycles have you tried using it for? Mooncup did used to have a policy that you could return for a full refund after trying it for 3 months, but I haven't been able to find the relevant page on their site lately. Might be worth emailing them, though

I don't have a wash basin in the same room as the toilet atm, and it's all getting ab it unsavoury, plus I can't bank on it to cope with my habitual blackberry jam clots. But I am glad I bought it as it's a poke in the eye for the mighty Kotex/Tambrand giants.

Gosh, just realised I had been using a generic mooncup on the odd occassion for years after period started once while diaphragm still in. Can't be boiled though but can be washed thoroughly - not as long lasting.

Pretty useful for its intended purpose as well.
