Essbee's DS in hospital.

You may or may not have spottedfrom another thread that Essbee's DS is in hospital with kawasaki disease. He still has a high temperature, is very tearful but being quite brave. His lips are still too sore to drink/talkbut they're trying to do without the IV drip so he's trying to take sips although even a straw is painful.

Should anyone fancy sending him something to cheer him up, (and having quizzed essbee) apparently the new version of "Shoot Out" cards is out now and he got quite into it last season - was gutted when the cards finished IIRC.

Allowed to come home with cream for nose, 4 hourly obs chart and have to go back in the morning.

oh god so it's all fun fun fun for Essbee and DS then...hopefully they will both feel a little more relaxed at home though

I think they've only let them go because DS is so miserable in hospital. Bl@@dy nightmare.

essbee, I hated the phrase when I was suffering this with dd but.....hope he turns that corner soon. IME we had a few false starts but when she really did turn that corner, the improvement was actually very swift. Take care, and love to you all xx.

sorry to hear he's still poorly essbee. Just spent one night in hospital with ds3, that was enough- hope you're getting some sleep.
