i must admit, though i find it compelling and yes deprogramming!

I have not gone to bed actually. Just got into a debate with dp about dd's (dire) school situation.

I havent had a fag for 6 days and 12 hours and i am soooooo excited.
Next mission is getting dp to stop if he wants another snog

I come to London 3 times a year to visit girlfriends and have 3 nights away without dd and ds.
Next trip will be in November(havent booked train ticket yet) but DEFINATELY coming

What i meant was each trip is 3 nights away-i stay in North London

Do you think cravings, after the initial 36 hour mark, are all psychological? I'm sure that sometimes some of the sudden horrible pangs I have are physiological. Even after a month.

I have this bizarre thing where if I see one, naked as it were, I mean out of its packet, my body goes into a kind of spasm. My lungs contract, my hand reaches out and I take a sharp intake of breath.
