eye def feels better after drops so will stick with that for a few days.

no sign of eyelashes coming out yet but I had wondered about that myself.

Seems like everyone has had a good day today . Apparently the rain starts tomorrow....

Still fine just been sitting outside with the inlaws having a BBQ, declined the pimms ! Liking the bottle green

I think you would have a twinge by now malt - keep on the meds.

My eyebrow didn't go til about 4 cycles in but also grew back very fast.

I think a mask is the way forward -I can only say Copt she has not bitten outside the family .. Yet.

Malt, I agree with the others; if you were going to feel sick, I reckon it would have started by now. I felt a bit nauseous occasionally but other than that was fine. All just chemistry in the body so some are hit hard and others aren't.

I lost all hair. Everywhere. And still don't have my eyebrows but my eyelashes grew back.

Also stopped wearing mascara so it's less obvious when they go
Only have sickness meds to take today then others are if I feel nauseous I will at slightest sign

lordy Amber - how long ago did you stop chemo then and is it only your eyelashes that didn't grow back?
Someone told me that is was a case of last to go first to come back - will wait and see on that.

Chemo stopped two years ago (wow!)(hadn't thought about that), Herceptin a year and a bit ago. Eyebrows just never grew back. Well there's a few hairs but nothing much. Eyelashes, leg hair and etc all back. Weird, eh.

Cant eyebrow disappear anyway? When I had beauty tips , lady said her eyebrows went as over plucked and never grew back.

no, I didn't notice in pictures either.

At least you can draw in eyebrows what did people do about lashes ?

Thin dark brown liquid eyeliner painted on inside of lids. Only needed a bit and smudged excess off but was very effective to give illusion of colour. My Make up on chemo actually looked better than normal.

I lost my eyebrows and eyelashes, and I couldn't wear makeup as my eyes and nose dripped constantly. I looked like a boiled egg. Attractive. Sunglasses helped.

Your pond sounds lovely Copt. I hope my dcs do grow up to enjoy wildlife and botany. I have always enjoyed nature.

I wear glasses anyway , so they kind of masked the effect of baldy eyes !

Watching the athletics on BBC1 , and drooling over admiring Bolts skill ...
