For breakfast, toast or a bagel with cream cheese and salmon pate. Two coffees.
Crackers/toast with avocado, piece or two of fruit, and usually a cake/biscuits with tea, once or twice during the morning.
Tuna melt sandwich or filled pasta for lunch.
Crackers/toast again, another piece of fruit, and usually more cake or chocolate with tea, a couple of times in the afternoon.
For dinner, usually some sort of veg-based curry or stew with rice, or pasta with a tomato sauce and seafood or chicken, or pie, mash and baked beans, or an omelette with lots of veg. And a fresh juice/smoothie.
Few bits of chocolate or a couple of biscuits with a cup of herbal tea.
Lots of water throughout day.
